He never measured anything nor asked any questions. I wondered how he would be able to give an estimate without measuring. I have seen him as highly recommended. I received some other estimates that I went out to get. I really was hoping that Chumley would come through. He did not even call. Now, several months have passed by and still no word. If it was something he did not know how to do all he had to do was to say I do not handle that type of work. He was not even able to do that. I waited about 2 months hoping he would come through. Nothing. The sad part is he will never get any work from my family. My son was with me and when Chumley never responded my son told me that he would never call him because he failed to respond to us with either a yes or no. So, maybe he is not as good as what people say. This was a big let down.

Buyer beware! Owner assured us that the windows would not be painted shut and they were caulked and…read morepainted shut, which is a safety hazard, doesn't allow for the shutters to be reinstalled and also makes the widows usless. Still have touchups to be completed and owner will not communicate or schedule a time to do the touchups. We had to cut the caulk and paint ourselves in order to make the windows (20 of them) operational again and will probably have to hire another painter to do tthe touchups. Owner doesn't seem to communicate with his crew very well or look over their work to ensure quality. With all of this, we are concerned if they will honor their warranty.
