DO NOT use this provider. I contracted him to paint, caulk and complete some framing on my house…read more Jerry said it would be 3 days and 2 weeks later he left the job incomplete. The quality of his work and professionalism was very poor. He showed up for work around 11am and left around 3pm. His crew was different every day and I don't think any of them were painters, maybe day workers. I had to talk to him several times about cleaning his pain equipment in my yard and cigarette butts on the ground. He contracted the job for 1650 to paint and 150 to put a couple corner boards and sophit up. He wanted 800 to start but we worked out 500. after 5 days he asked for more so he could pay his crew. The were getting mad because I said when you are finished. My mistake was I was afraid they would do something to the house and that his crew would not eat so I gave him another 300. He said they were finished and we walked one side of the house and I told him he is not done and that he needs to walk the house. I felt if I showed him something that was all he was going to do and I might miss something and I knew he would say "you did not show me that". He said they would be back in the morning. They have not showed in 4 days and he will not return my calls or text. I have 2 doors no painted at all and lots of thin painted areas. Again stay away from Jerry Brown Painting.

He abandoned the job and keep my money…read more It went very badly.? I gave him $6,200 for pant and?supplies.? He cashed the check, immediately.? He wouldn't show up. We bought a home in Shadow Creek and wanted to make it look more modern with an updated paint job…read more We received a few quotes and chose to go with CertaPro Painters for a few reasons; cost was reasonable, you get a free paint consultant that comes to the home to finalize your options, accent walls are included in the quote and you pay when the job is complete & you're satisfied. We chose to upgrade our home by choosing a light gray paint and accenting certain areas with a darker gray. It came out beautiful. The consultant was my favorite part of the entire experience. She was patient, knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves what she does. She was able to make sure that we were confident about our options before the job was started. I was impressed that the job started immediately the next day. The painters were very nice and respectful. I couldn't give 5 stars because I had a few complaints; they didn't use painters tape (so the corners are not as straight as my OCD would prefer), and I just found an area in the washroom that was poorly completed. Yet, in their defense, there was a refrigerator there at the time and they left paint for touch ups as needed. I would definitely use them again, either way, as they painted my two story, 5-bedroom/office/game room/formal dining/3.5bath in a week, so I was thoroughly impressed. Tips: Use the coupon online or in the mail to get and additional $200 dollars off your quote. Get the paint that allows you to wipe up scratches or marks with a wet towel. It's a little higher, but undoubtedly worth it in the long run, especially if you have small kids. Make sure to inspect each room daily, so that you can address any concerns or complaints with them in a timely manner and not find things after the job has been completed

The team was punctual and professional, the paint job looks great overall. A few minor touch-ups…read moreneeded but they handled everything quickly. Would recommend for sure!

I'm very pleased with my bathroom remodel by S-N-S Remodeling, Dan Shannon, and his highly capable…read morecrew. I needed a lot of advice on how to maximize the use of this very small space and Dan really hit the ball out of the park on this project. Besides age, space, and lighting, a big issue we had was that the shower was recessed about 6 inches into the foundation and also had a dropped ceiling. We did not know what, if anything, was inside the drop. Dan found that the dropped ceiling was just empty, unused space and added that back into the shower compartment. He also added a much needed in-shower light. He brought the floor of the shower up to be appropriately level to the floor which was something we really wanted as stepping into and out of that dark, wet 6-inch recess was sometimes treacherous. Dan's excellent planning provided us with about 3 or 4 more inches of much needed counter top space without making the room feel crowded. The very well-made custom cabinetry exceeded my expectations. Dan's use of recessed lighting, a low profile toilet, a custom-made cabinet above the toilet, and the larger tiles with fewer grout lines all contribute to maximizing the use and the feel of the very limited space in this room. The tile work is just beautiful. Every tile was cut and every edge was hand-beveled on-site as needed for a perfect fit and finish. The paint was sprayed so is very smooth and even. And, of course, Dan and his crew repaired and replaced anything they found that was water-damaged behind the walls in this 60 year old bathroom. They cleaned up behind themselves daily. I really could not be happier with this remodel. Thank you, everyone! This was a job well done at a very fair price. Now, let's talk about that 60 year old kitchen......

We had a leak from our toilet which we didn't notice until... well too late, as we found that our…read morecabinet had rotten, the flooring ruined, and some of the wall had to be cut out. This happened at the beginning of Covid, and we had postponed fixing this, for when the number of cases were more manageable. After 6 months, we didn't want to wait anymore. Dan Shannon gave us a free estimate for the work (plus changing the flooring in the other bathroom to match as well) and had that scheduled soon after. They called 2 days before we were scheduled to start, asking if they can start a day earlier as someone else cancelled, and we agreed (we aren't going anywhere in this pandemic so why not?). Dan and his crew came by right on the scheduled time. Everyone had their masks on (hurray!). They put on heavy paper across the house so they don't scratch our floors as they worked. They were very respectful to us, our home, and our property as they worked, which we're so grateful as we were around the whole time. We're also very satisfied with their craftsmanship, and would use them again for any future remodeling work. Highly recommended.
