Driving through town, this place was quiet at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon but the view of Lake Chicot and the quiet atmosphere was so nice. I had the avocado, turkey, cheese bacon panini with fruit, my husband had a steak & cheese panini with BBQ chips. Both sandwiches appeared to be on sourdough bread. We split a homemade cinnamon roll. Everything was very good. We recommend this place and will stop again when we come back through Lake Chicot. Oh! the fresh flowers on the tables is a nice touch and we really appreciate the clean restrooms. :) read more

The best lunch in the area! Always so good. Great menu. We come here almost every Saturday from Greenville. A perfect stop for travelers coming through. Super quick and you can stop at the Welcome Center across the street and enjoy a lunch on the patio overlooking beautiful Lake Chicot! read more

Stopped here on our way to Little Rock from South Alabama. Coffee was good and strong and a pleasant place for a break from a long drive. Then stopped on our way home for breakfast, did not disappoint. I had a breakfast panini and my husband had the hash brown bowl. The service was fast and staff was super nice. Restrooms clean and the dining was comfortable and relaxing with a Great Lake view. Will stop on our next trip for sure. A great new addition to the area. read more

My sandwich and salad was good and they were very nice at the register its after that we had a problem. We come over once a quarter to train 1st responders and do activities and education at the senior centers and love to stop in for soup, sandwich and tea. Usually never a problem. The loaded potato soup my coworker received said it was like eating bland potatoes in water, no other flavor. So when she told the staff they might want to taste and doctor before the lunch crowed came in they said ok and then she went on the the restroom and they proceeded to bad mouth her loudly and publicly. I could hear them at the back of the restaurant and she heard every word in the bathroom. Not the way to run a business and saddens me we wont be back or suggest others to stop and eat there. Was so excited to see a local coffee shop on the map! Chicot Coffee and Cafe had great service, delicious coffee, and a relaxing atmosphere.

This is a tiny cafe we found basically by accident while road tripping. I'm from Tulsa and this place could go toe-to-toe with most of the small cafes I have been to in town. It was a delight to have an option besides car jerky or fast food. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed. The space is clean and bright with lots of natural light. After being stuck in the car for hours on end it was a wonderful place to stretch out. The food was fantastic. The menu is well curated and our order was out in less than ten minutes. We had a chicken sandwich, a chicken bacon ranch, capresi salad and ceasar. Everything was fresh and tasted great! The pastery case is tempting for all the best reasons, the chocolate chip cookies are really good!! This was a much better stop than fast food. We had a long way to drive and this was the break we needed. read more

This time we were amazed to find a great coffee shop nearby as we had looked for one in the past. They serve delicious lattes and pastries. Nice place to stop on the way to the beach. Our group liked the coffee and their sandwiches; except for the grilled cheese. The bread was good but the cheese was terrible. Recommend using a better cheese for the price. read more
