Had the chicken fajita tacos and one à la carte beef taco and they were AMAZING. Easily one of the best Mexican spots I've been to. They also bring out complimentary chips and salsa, and I added a side of queso that was phenomenal. Only thing I'd change is I wish the margarita was stronger, but honestly the food was so good I'm not even taking points off. The flavors carried the whole experience. I give it a zero rating. visited there many times and had no issues until this weekend. the rainbow margarita had no alcohol flavor, just taste like sweet syrup. no one came to our table and the greeter was rude when I asked about a question. the food was salty and didn't order much but the food was almost $80 for nothing. then added their own gratuity and they never came to the table. I ordered a beef chimi with chili instead of cheese sauce and as my two sides - from the menu - charro beans and stewed potatoes. My date ordered and the girl disappeared. I mean. Disappeared. Food was brought by someone else. French fries. She brought me French fries. I asked about the stewed potatoes from the menu and she said she didn't know why they were on the menu - they have never had stewed potatoes. Well. Shouldn't they have said "We don't have stewed potatoes. Can I offer you French fries instead?" Then I could have chosen my side instead of it haven been chosen for me? We ran out of chips. Found another someone. We got chips. We ran out of drinks. Found another someone. We got drinks. I can eat Mexican food every single day. I love it so much! But this was so so spicy that within two bites my mouth was on fire. That was a problem because this was in the time frame that we didn't have drinks!! We have scooted down the road with La Terraza in our rear view mirror. That is my recommendation for you too - just scoot on down the road. Leave La Terraza in YOUR rear view mirror! The food was excellent - well prepared and urge quantities. My wife and I stopped in while on our way to Branson. We were glad we decided to split an order of Fajitas - there is no way we could have finished one entree each! I had to cut a star for the really slow service. They were not very crowded when we arrived, but it took over 10 minuted for the waiter to stop by for our drink order - to the point that we already knew what we wanted to order. Our food was delivered fairly quickly, by a different waiter. We were never offered refills on our waters and had to ask for our check, and then decided to pay by cash because it took so long to get the check and after five minutes, he still hadn't picked it up. Giving them the benefit of the doubt for an off weekend and the fact that the food was so good. I would definitely go back the next time we are in the area. read more

The manager, Rafa, was extremely rude. While a lady was ordering, he made the comment that she would like to eat a whole cow. She didn't want to eat anymore and then began crying. I feel so scammed. Just spent a fortune on meat that was cooked 8 hours ago. Completely awful. Don't waste your time and money, because they don't know what good food is. The good news- the cheese dip and chips are really good. BUT We waited forever for our food, and the meat was old and nasty (tasted like an outhouse+cigarette). So basically, we paid $58 for chips and cheese dip. read more

After being on the road all day without a proper meal we decided to give this place a chance. I was immediately received by the cashier in a nasty way. I began telling her what I wanted in Spanish and she gave me a dirty look. I though ohhh she might only speak English so I repeated it in English. Another dirty look. My husband then repeated what we wanted and she finally in put it in the system. She told us to pull to the side and said I'd be a few minutes. It wasn't a few minutes. We waited over half an hour for our food. The only reason it didn't take longer is because after the half hour my husband pulled around again to ask where our food was. We had specifically asked for no ice in our horchata and she still gave us ice. My husband told her to remove the ice and she said we never asked for no ice. But he did because he had catched a cold and didn't want any ice. Overall I do not recommend this place, the cashier was rude, our order was wrong, they took forever to make it and for what we paid the food was mediocre. Our fries which came with the tortas were not even good, like how do you also mess that up? read more

since the moment we stepped Inside , nobody welcome us or asked us how many people were needing to be seated. Two of the employees just stood there speaking under their breaths to each other. We stood there for about 5 minutes before anybody at us. We ordered and when we received our food, two of us had ordered green enchiladas. One of us had clearly ordered green chicken enchiladas and the other person did say only green enchiladas and the order number. With that meal, there could've been the possibility that our friend hadn't read if they were made of chicken or spinach and cheese, which was what they were made of. We let the waitress know and all she said was if needed it to be replaced. We had expected more of a sympathetic offer to maybe add a discount. We honestly didn't care about a discount but more of a "we care" type of answer. they could have maybe also let us know if the enchiladas were supposed to be made of spinach and cheese. One of the other meals was a shrimp and steak fajita platter, which was burnt. We spoke to the manager as well not being content with the alternative offer from the waitress. the manager did not offer an apology either all we got was an "ok" and they gave Them a discount on their checks but without any further comments or interactions.
