The onsite restaurant is quite reasonable for an evening meal (but there are also a lot of other restaurants nearby) the restaurant is also where you have breakfast which is very pleasant with a good range of food options. Our first priority being using the restroom, we first asked if we could use the toilet. The man at the front desk abruptly told us no, however assuming that it would be okay, one friend was already to the toilet. Not realizing this, we asked how much a room would be. He then told us we were being unacceptable and accused us of going behind his back to use the toilet. Never got a quote on the room, and were threatened with calling security. As such, I will try something different, and compare this accomodation to the Chifley. 1) Age - The Chifley is a newer complex, and this is obvious in the rooms. The Chifley is modern, with newer appliances. However, the Quest has slightly larger rooms. 2) Cleanliness - I would consider the Quest to be spotless. I could not find a speck of dust. The Chifley appeared to be cleaned much faster, with less attention to detail. 3) Staff - Both appartments had staff willing to do whatever they could to improve your stay. 4) Location - If you work at any of the corporate offices on Honeysuckle, the Quest is extremely close (almost too close). The Chifley is an extra 10 minute walk, but located near a larger variety of restaurants. 5) Facilities - Quest has an indoor pool, whereas, Chifley has an outdoor. The Quest has a small gym with limited equipment. The Chifley has a larger gym, but hotel guests are limited in what equipment they are allowed to use, as the gym is privately operated (very annoying). The Chifley has breakfast available (continental), but Quest has a chargeback deal with local cafes. Overall, either option is a good option. I prefer the Chifley, due to the age of the apartments. However, the Quest has larger rooms. My advice - book the cheapest option.
