Never recieved a call the day before. I reach out to Life of the Party at 5pm to state my concerns saying they would reach out to him. Got back with me he would call me soon, he had a busy day. Still never recieved a phone call. Reached back out to Life of the Party the morning of to get his number and reached out to him directly. Called and texted with no answer and as the time got closer I kept calling and he started to decline my phone calls. I received my deposit back but this by far the most disappointing booking I have ever done. I ended up having to go to the birthday party and explain why we no longer had a surprise for the birthday girl.

Jenn from LTM was our angel, making us balloon centerpieces for all the tables in our space at Marina Jack's and delivering them with just a couple hours notice. Not only did a great job, but did it with such kindness and personality. People with her level of care sometimes seem to be a thing of the past. But with Jenn at LTM you can still get old school love. If youre planning a special occasion, dont do what I did to her, last minute, but definitely give her your business.
