However, this event was held on a Sunday evening for three hours, so although his pricing was adjusted, he was still compensated accordingly. We were surprised at some of his arrogant comments about pricing and set up when he arrived, which was extremely unprofessional, as he made these comments in front of our guests that we were hosting! He complained about his location at the venue, which was an indoor/outdoor event, where we provided a stage. He also didn't bring enough tables for his equipment, and had to borrow from our kitchen staff. Additionally, the announcements he made on behalf of our organization, were incorrect, he used the wrong company name, 3 times! And when we corrected him, he argued that "he meant to say..." No apology or correction! He partnered with a lighting company that we hired, and we were told that he would manage all the particulars on set up and take down...however, he demanded our assistance. To top it off, per our error, the form of payment we gave him was $2.00 short, yes, $2.00!! and he has demanded a new form of payment! He was also overheard telling our event guests his cost and particulars & said "x" (this company) "has money, and could have afforded more!" All these particulars were extremely unprofessional, and although we wish him the best, we don't plan on hiring his services in the future. However, overall, his delivery on the music was on point, and his products offered with smoke, strobes, & lighting are great. Just beware of the professionalism that partners with these products and services.

She kept a very updated & detailed budget of all the services (rentals / purchases / vendors), as well as timelines (which we adjusted almost every other week!) She put us at ease when it came to following up with vendors, keeping us on-track for payments due, etc. Although we only met once in-person before our wedding week, it felt like we were working with family. Our wedding day was executed flawlessly, and that was 100% attributed to Lisa and her team. We HIGHLY recommend her!

It could easily get crowded and you have to be on top of your kid if you don't want them to get hurt. A few things that really shook me. 1. A little girl was climbing on the outer skirts of a bounce house. So much so if she would've fallen she would've easily broken a bone. An older little girl called over an employee. The employee told her "I'm sure her mom is watching". Her mom was no where in sight. Actually, her mom was all the way in the front of the establishment. This scared me. The employee could've easily prevented an injury. There were some really wild kids doing some dangerous stuff. They weren't listening to their parents either so I'm sure if they had someone else tell them NO they would've stopped. 2. They are currently running a summer camp. During an activity they were decorating a Pringle can a little boy kept talking into his can saying "my baby cries too much. I'm going to choke my baby until it dies. I want to kill my baby she's so annoying. Die baby die". The employee didn't even bother correcting this child or telling him to stop. 3. The annual price here are OUTRAGEOUS!!! $325 for the year and $125 for an additional sibling. Wow this is 3x the price of the children's museum and 3x smaller. The children's museum is $130 a year. Also, they have people checking the bathrooms at the children's museum. This location no one was attending the bathrooms and they became very disgusting by the end of my visit. Overall, the kids really like it. I'll definitely be back. I just know I have to be on my kid. & we'll continue our membership at the museum, only coming to this location sparingly.

I recently bought there a Swedish dish towel of a fun map of Florida and it does a great job of washing dishes by hand. Also a charming pack of cards with 2 turquoise seahorses with a center of a floral arrangement with a vase by the artist Rosanne Beck. One of the best stores in downtown 5th Avenue. The owner Sheryl is very professional and helpful. Also asked me if I needed anything to be gift wrapped. My friend Chrissy also bought a notebook for a gift for her husband which I helped her pick out. As my friend and I left the store, we were completely amazed at the store and Sheryl. We were saying geez she is so cool, her hair, makeup and clothes are impeccable. So we turned around to go back to tell her. Thank you so much!
