Keep kids involved and interested all through the class. The span of class time (30 mins) just go in a blink of an eye. Very fun way of teaching kids. We coach with Coach Micheal and he's awesome. The best coach we could ask for. He super fun and teaches the kids super fast. The grading is done almost every week. Keeps the record updated and answers a lot of questions parents might have.

It was one swim instructor to about 3 children, and one by one she dealt with them, talking to them, while the others watched. He received googles during his time in the water, and overall looked like he was having a good experience. My 3 year old daughter on the other hand... was put in a lane that had two swim instructors, and four toddlers. Upon having both my children enter the water, I let the instructors know this was their very first time. My daughter's instructor asked me if it would be okay to dunk her which I appreciated, and I said if she is comfortable. That was all the positives for my daughter's experience. The two instructors talked to themselves the ENTIRE time. I do have all of this on video. I did not see my daughter receive any instruction. My daughter is very smart, and very brave, she watched what the other children were doing and copied them, but absolutely no instruction was given to her. Mind you, I'm sitting right in the front watching the whole thing!! You would think they would try just a smidge harder. Again, all of this is on video. When it came down to the dunking, my daughter was asked if she was okay going under, she said no. The instructor proceeded to dump water on her head, no explanation, no warning. My daughter was very confused, but she remained calm and kept wiping the water out her eyes. I'm so disappointed. Additionally, the other 5/6 swim instructors that did not have a class were talking so loudly amongst themselves, it was a very uncomfortable environment. Such a shame. I give an additional star only because my son's instructor was doing what she was supposed to do.

We were disappointed that most centers were full and required us to be on a waiting list; however, we were pleasantly surprised that Bright Horizons had a spot available for our little one. We met with Laura, the director who insisted that we also bring in our 6 month old. Laura was very warm and disarming as she explained the curriculum and addressed my concerns from properly heating the breastmilk bottles and feeding schedule to when our daughter would be moved to the step up rooms. We are very much hands on parents when it comes to our little girl so we love to engage with the staff and ask how the day went and what the children learned. The instructors were very accommodating in terms of our expectations for our child. I am delighted that this is not just a daycare where I pay someone to change diapers and feed my child, but that there is a clear learning experience for all ages. We have had a couple of hiccups in relation to payment schedule/tuition fees. However, we were able to maintain clear communication with Laura and she was able to resolve those issues. The parents now have an app for Bright Horizons that include drop off notes and hourly updates on feedings, potty/diaper changes, nap times, and the lesson for the day. My last point in this review is that the classrooms are diverse. I haven't met many parents but the ones I see passing in the halls between dropping off or picking up my children are from many backgrounds. It is encouraging to know that this learning center fosters an environment of diversity at such a young age and we are happy to continue to support this education center.

She was a terrible napper at home and feeding was a challenge for me but within a few weeks, her teachers had her taking long naps and eating all kinds of things! They've definitely given me some tips. lol. I could tell that the staff really cared for the kids. Many mornings even the Pre-K and Kinder teachers would greet her by name! And Laura, the site director, has just been fantastic in being available and well-aware of how my baby is developing. It wasn't uncommon that Laura would see me in he hallway and update me on how well my daughter had napped that day or wanted to tell me about a new skill she was trying. Because my daughter started walking at 9 months, Laura worked with her to transition her to a room of bigger babies before her first birthday. This was really key for her because this exposed her to more activities, outside time (which she totally loves) and foods that the younger babes don't participate in. Unfortunately, we had to leave because it was no longer convenient for my commute but we really enjoyed our experience there.

If you're a parent looking for the right daycare, you know this is a stressful and very serious task. Upon entering I was greeted by Margie who is the owner and director. As a teacher myself I was happy to hear about her 20+ years of experience in the education and childcare field. She answered every question I had and was very transparent about everything including pricing. Their pricing is slightly over the average but you are getting more for your money. Peace of mind, cleanliness, trained and caring staff, convenience, communication, and more. Margie truly cares about her business and has so much vested in it because it is her own. This translates into her caring and being very involved in the cleanliness/upkeep of the whole school, the babies wellbeing, and how her staff is running their classrooms. This is the major difference between a privately owned school and a franchise where the directors are underpaid and have no personal attachment to the establishment. I was able to watch my infant son on their Watch me Grow cameras and saw nothing but amazing things going on in the classroom and playground. I was also updated on Tadpoles app about his diapers, feedings, etc. plus pictures and lesson plans from the day. I used their services for a few weeks before the school year started to get my son acquainted with the staff, etc but then a family member ended up retiring and I was able to keep my son at home this year. However I will absolutely be returning to Kiddie Corral when he is 18 months so that he can receive proper socialization and education at the best facility in the area.. hopefully they have the space for him because I wouldn't send him anywhere else! I am very disappointed with the level of care at this daycare. When I picked up my son (Today was…read morehis first day at this day care), I noticed two red marks on his right cheek, and his pants, socks and shoes were completely soaked. Despite the cold weather, no effort was made to change him into dry clothes. When I asked the teacher (Florel) about it, she showed no empathy or concern. I even had to change my son in front of her and she still did not acknowledge the issue. A daycare should provide a safe and nurturing environment for children but this experience has made me question the quality of care here. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve their standards.

I went today to register my child in the KinderCare at south Brunswick I also had Called the week prior to make sure someone was aware I would be coming in to register my daughter the following week. After my many conversations they seemed excited for my child to officially join them after having had a week of summer camp experience last year. When I arrived at the facility at 7:00am, I was met by Lauren who greeted me and proceeded to ask, "How can I help you?" I explained to her that I had come to register my daughter. I had a file of papers in my hands, and after I explained why I was there, Lauren abruptly said, "Well, my staff didn't advise me of this and they usually do so..." I was confused. I wasn't sure what came next so I apologized to her for her staff not telling her that I was coming but explained that I had spoken to the director and different staff members on numerous occasions( I had been calling for a while to make sure there was space after I feel in love with the facility last summer when my child was enrolled for a week of camp) to ensure my daughter could indeed be registered, with the director even telling me that my child can start the same day that I register her. I asked to speak to the supervisor or director at that point Lauren said "You're speaking to her" Claiming to be the Director/Supervisor herself. Lauren asked my child's age and when I provided her that information she said "Sorry, we don't have space in that classroom." I asked "When did that change occur?", and began to pack my paperwork and information back in the folder. Which upset Lauren . Lauren was walking towards the phone when I asked her that question and began packing she stopped dead in her tracks and said...... "YOU SEE, I WAS GOING TO HELP YOU, BUT SINCE YOU HAVE AN ATTITUDE I DO NOT FEEL LIKE GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU" I explained to her that I didn't have an attitude, I explained it was early and I had a lot of running around to do before I went to work. I was baffled, I was embarrassed and mostly I felt so little at that very moment, knowing I had to still drop my other child off to camp, and then drop my little one back at camp. I knew I had to get to work, and had did my part to ensure there was space on the previous working day. Lauren proceeded to cross her arms and say "We will not be accepting your child at this moment, goodbye I'm done here" I (embarrassingly) had tears in my eyes and said, "I'm lost you were just about to 'go the extra mile for me'' I said "What did I do? What do you want me to do? I really need to register my child" Lauren said "Goodbye now" To make matters incredibly worse, I called after I left, maybe partially hanging on to the hope that Lauren would see the error in her ways and make it right. I explained to Lauren once again what the situation was, I explained in detail everything that has happened that lead to now. Lauren sat unreasonably quiet on the phone , when I finished my last sentence she began to talk down to me and repeatedly telling me over and over she wasn't going to help me and my child would NOT be registered, and she wasn't going to do anything about it. I asked "Why? That's not good practice to tell a consumer that you wouldn't go the extra mile for them" Lauren then said, "Why are you cutting me off. I'm done here" and hung up. I learned that Lauren was actually the Program Specialist. I later called and spoke to the site director, Tiffany, whom I have spoken to in the past regarding making sure there was space for my child. Tiffany apologized to me and stated that someone should've taken my information down when I called those many times, to keep me updated. She remembered hearing about my child and I. She explained that they just had an open house on that Friday and it filled up rather quickly, before I came and that if they had my number they would've called but no one took down my info . I've left several messages for Mrs. Anthony who is in the corporate office and am awaiting a call back by next week , which is when she comes back for vacation. A rep called me a couple days ago and again apologized over and over. I honestly just feel discriminated against. I challenge anyone at KinderCare to dispute anything I said .
