TLE at Hamilton is a Great Center! Both my kids go there for Pre-School and I see them all the time talking about the activities at the school. Esp the new Management and Staff is wonderful and Very Caring, They always receive us with smile. My kid has now learned to read and write his alphabets. It has been a great journey so far. My kids are having quality life there and I don't have to worry about them while I am at work. We are looking forward to have our kid to continue in Hamilton TLE this year. If you want a safe environment for your child THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. the building is CONSTANTLY ran out of ratio. The 1 class has roughly 21 kids and not nearly enough staff to cover a group size that large. The state has been in the building more than once about calls about ratios. The owner cut corners and tries to shuffle kids around to stay out of the radar. The management staff was great until almost everyone left and soon that's changing too. Now it's just a complete mess. If you work under this owner do not expect to get a break everyday. Mainly because there isn't coverage for it. Also don't expect to have a home classroom because teachers get shuffled around like crazy which is why majority doesn't stay. In the past I'd say 8 months this center has completely went down hill and I wouldn't trust anyone's child here and or position of employment read more

I receive prompt responses to any questions or concerns I express, my daughter loves her teachers and she is always engaged in activities. We've been going to TLE for nearly 3 years. For the majority of that time we loved it. We felt our children were the staff's #1 priority, and that they were very well cared for. We became friendly with many of the staff, and often use them as babysitters. A few months ago, the corporate office allowed this location to be franchised, and the difference is stark. The new owners clearly only care about the bottom line, and actively try to squeeze every dime out of the place, regardless of the effect on the children or staff. Teachers are routinely scheduled for 6 or 7 hours for the day, but are then sent home after 1 or 2 if there are student absences. It's a common site to see teachers lingering in the hallways in the morning waiting for the building attendance to reach the level where another adult is legally required to supervise the children. You didn't misread that, staff have told me that they are required to be on site at a certain hour, but they are not allowed to clock in until they are needed. Needless to say, staff are leaving in droves, and who can blame them? How can you survive when you don't know if you'll even get to work half your shift on any given day? Not only are teachers fleeing, both the business manager and the director quit within 30 days of each other. Due to the chaotic staff situation and the owners penchant for moving children from room to room to keep staff at an absolute minimum, there is absolutely no consistency for the children. Multiple times last week alone my son was in 3 different classrooms throughout the day. Occasionally staff are unaware of his location and I have to go room to room to find him, and then go through AGAIN to find his things. I can not suggest that anyone possibly send their children here unless they have no other option. A few really good and dedicated teachers remain, but the ownership simply views your children as profit-generating widgets, and that is not a recipe for a successful childcare center. I recently had to remove my child from this place! It has changed for the worse! The owners seem to only care about money and not what's best for the children! The management has changed and you can cut the tension with a knife! It's a shame to have to see this place go downhill. What once was a nice environment is now a place disappointment! I'm so glad I found this place its near my job. My daughter's teachers are so patience and always listen to what I have to say. I love that there is an app that informs me of the daily routine and activities. It also shows me what my child has eaten so there's no excuse for a picky eater at home! I especially love that one of her evening teachers will speak to my daughter in spanish as I am trying to teach her at home. I was always hesitant with daycares but after her first day I haven't ever felt worried. read more

TLE Hamilton has a wonderful staff. Everyone is so kind and patient with the children. My 4 year old son has been going here for almost 2 years and he loves it. They have a set daily schedule so he knows what to expect day to day. He has been learning new languages, numbers, letters, writing and reading. He impresses me constantly with new knowledge he learned at school. They have done a great job educating my boy! read more

We have been at TLE for 2 years (since my child was 3 months old). In that time we have seen 5 different Directors, at least 5 different office managers, and countless turnover among the teaching staff. Often times the new teachers are thrown into a new class without introduction to the parents. Additionally, the staff/Director has apparently been directed by the owners not to disclose the entire story/truth about what is going on at the daycare; including: reasons why staff left, not telling parents a teacher is leaving until the day of, cross talk about which room my child spends their day in, illness outbreaks, and more. This facility has an app that they are supposed to input your child's data into daily (diapers, naps, meals). There have been some weeks where we have not received any notifications at all. This makes it impossible to have any idea what our child is doing throughout the day. The office staff have also lost paperwork, blaming the teachers for their carelessness. Anytime we have approached them with an issue or a concern, they have either acted like they have no idea what we are talking about or blame the teachers for what is happening. This results in the divide between staff and administration, placing parents (and even worse, the children) in the middle. read more

About a year and a half ago, I reviewed this center. I gave it 5 stars and said I recommended it to everyone. My how things can change. Since we started at TLE back in 2016, there have been at least 6 different managers and a completely new staff. If I could rate this center a score of zero, I would. The management is extremely unprofessional. The current manager has even gone as far as to tell the teachers that they have to deal with certain parents because she won't due to "attitude problems". Perhaps they have an attitude because you lose paperwork and blamed the teachers, lie to our faces, keep parents in the dark about any changes, or make decisions that go against parents' wishes. Please don't get me started on the new business manager who gives an attitude when you walk in the door just saying hello. I even saw her grab a child roughly by the arm in my daughter's room. The owners also tell the staff not to inform the parents if they are leaving the center until their last day. The staff, however, tell the parents. They seem to be the only adults that respect or value the parents at all. The turnover there is crazy! Managers quitting left and right. Teachers leaving that have been there for years. My daughter actually went close to a month without having a set teacher. When I confronted the owner of this, she claimed there was a permanent person in there even though there clearly wasn't. At morning drop-off expect to leave your child with 25 other children in the room with only 1 teacher. This is mostly because the owners cut everyone's hours to save money. The families are definitely not a priority. I have even been told by multiple people that one of my daughter's teachers tells the children that there are dogs in the closet that will come and get them when they don't listen. This is not a center you want to trust with your child. read more
