The Supervisory staff is always there to help us. Whether it be with training to keep our skills enhanced or help dealing with a difficult situation they are there with open doors!!!!! Not only do I love working here, but I love the children I was hired to educate!!! They have made this school year a rewarding one and sometimes challenging, but everything always works out for our good!!! I would not want to be in another classroom, but this one GSRP-2!!!! He will definitely have a big head start when he starts kindergarten in the fall. The entire staff at the facility was extremely personable. It made me feel good each time I walked him down the hall and he was greeted BY NAME by each and every staff member, from teachers (whom he had never had), to administrators, to food service staff. I appreciated that every one of them took the time to learn who my child was and make him feel welcome and secure.

When I notified the daycare, they immediately denied anyone else being sick -- even though no one there had been tested. Then, days later, they suddenly admitted hand, foot, and mouth was going around. So clearly, they weren't being honest or paying attention to what was happening in their own building. They also kept charging my card while my son wasn't attending. Their autopay system gives them full control over your card, and once you're locked in, good luck getting anything reversed. The way they handle billing feels careless and disrespectful. Communication was a nightmare. I messaged them through Brightwheel and barely got responses. When I asked for a phone call because we were talking about my child's health, they told me they "don't do phone calls." Completely unprofessional. When I went in person to speak to someone, the staff was rude and defensive. One even tried blaming my son getting sick on us "taking him to the movies," instead of acknowledging that multiple illnesses were clearly spreading inside their center. And the day-to-day care? Also disappointing. I picked my son up with a snotty, runny nose, and they didn't wipe it until I pointed it out. If they overlook something that simple, it makes you wonder what else is being neglected. This daycare desperately needs to step up their cleaning and sanitizing. With COVID and hand, foot, and mouth going around at the same time, it's obvious the classrooms, toys, and surfaces are not being disinfected the way they should be. Proper sanitation should be a top priority -- not an afterthought. Overall, I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. My daughter was labeled the "bad kid" and used to cry about how they made her feel. It's been about 6 months since leaving, we were told she would not excel going into kindergarten. It's interesting, when your child is surrounded by love and people who want to help and see them succeed, they actually thrive! On top of our comfort level, our daughter loved it immediately. She warmed up to Ms. Jill and Mr. Aaron from day 1 and they are absolutely wonderful with the kids. When we had a second child (son) 5 years ago, we never had a second thought to bring him to a daycare other than Forever Young Childcare Academy. Both of our kids love Forever Young and they continue to attend in the summer. Without question, I would recommend this daycare to anybody looking!

It's wonderful to see that they still offer quality childcare for a second generation of our family. The staff here are very organized. They communicate well and are very friendly. For the cost, they provide great hours for working parents. They have a variety of activities and they will keep you updated on your child's activities periodically throughout the day.
