They have 3 teachers in the PreK rooms and most kids do not all go every day so at the most your talking 24 kids with plenty of staff to help them. If a kid has issues, they keep you informed and have action plans for helping your child succeed!

Per usual, they are sugar sweet when showing me the school before I decided whether we'd enroll. I say "per usual" because I've seen this with the other preschool my daughter attended. Once enrolled and paying, they barely make eye contact with you and today I was approached by Mary Beth (assistant director) with "Hey, do you know you are a week late with tuition?" No first name, and rudely addressed in front of other people. Apparently my check I payed two weeks earlier (my daughter attends two day/week) was mostly just a deposit, which was also not explained to me. I apologized and said I'd bring in check when I came to pick up my daughter. Meanwhile, I had promised my daughter (as I always do now) to go to her window and blow her a kiss goodbye...this in exchange for her to be a "big girl" and not cry when I leave, which she often does. I was so embarrassed/offended on my way out that I forgot to go to her window. Talk about breaking my heart (and my daughter's) as I drove home remembering I'd forgotten the blown kiss! I had my daughter at Goodison in Rochester for a couple of years and the staff was wonderful. Caring and personable toward the children AND parents, so I'm not naive about how a great preschool should be run. It's a shame once the management has "reeled you in with tuition checks" they choose to be uncaring and insincere-- very unprofessional. I'll keep her here because her daily involvement is really with her teacher (Ms. Bethany, a real sweetheart) and teacher assistants, who are the opposite of the directors, warm and caring.

We had started my son off in a different day care facility and he had a tough time adjusting - he would cry every day when we dropped him off. But when he started off at Childtime, the crying bouts stopped and in fact, he refused to come back home when it was time to pick him up! He really loved the teachers, staff and the kids here. We had to unfortunately move to a different state in a few months and leaving Childtime was the hardest thing we had to do. Its been over 5 months since we moved but my son (who is 3.5 years) still talks about his old school and his classmates from Childtime. The director (Ms Becky) and assistant director (Ms Nicole) were the best. They were extremely attentive and were very open to parent's needs. The teachers - Ms. Megan, Ms. Abby, Ms. Rachel and many others were extremely loving, kind and patient. The facilities were clean, with a large play ground and several toys. There were regular updates (with pics) from the teachers, several activities that kept your child intellectually and physically stimulated. Overall, it was a well rounded curriculum that made it a pleasant and enjoyable experience for the kids. We still love Childtime and really wish we could go back there.

When my daughter enrolled at Little Sprouts at 2, I could never have anticipated the tremendous growth she would experience in such a short period. Mila has been exposed to a wide range of enriching concepts, including astronomy, cooking, cleaning, dancing, singing, mathematics, geometric concepts, and so much more. I cannot express how much I have enjoyed the Little Sprouts experience. What sets Little Sprouts apart is the genuine passion Mrs. Kami and Mr. De De exhibited toward the children's overall cognitive and emotional development. Mila has not only learned to respect others but also to respect herself. During a transitional period in my life, Little Sprouts provided the support I needed. Mrs. Kami, Mr. De De, and the entire Bagley Family have created a nurturing environment that goes above and beyond. I am immensely grateful for their dedication and the positive impact they have had on my daughter's growth. Thank you, Little Sprout Enrichment Child Care!

The head of the school is only concern with protocol and making sure the tuition is paid on time (which our was on time and before the due date). The teachers are nitpicky, with everything the children do. What they want are mindless robots. My son, witness the continuous mistreatment of a boy with Autism and these incidents were reported and nothing happened. I read another review from a parent, if the parent is not a teacher at the school than your child doesn't have a chance. My son was touched inappropriately by another student (younger) and I reported the incident and it happened again with not action taken by the administrator. Come to find out the problem child was a child of an administrator at the school so, I went to the Canton police and reported it... of course action was finally taken by the school. This wasn't the school for our family.

We are not new to the montessori method, but i feel like schoolhouse exceeded our expectations. Teachers and staff are very friendly. We had no issues whatsoever, a very pleasant experience and will likely enroll our kids in the summer program.

Like other reviews state, the default solution for misbehavior is sending a student home. For working parents this is not always an option. When we chose this school for our child, we were told that his special needs were something they were able to handle. This was not our experience. Every slight misbehavior was a phone call home and a request to be picked up. This only reinforces the bad behavior and it continues. We provided extensive evaluations of our child from a psychologist and pediatrician and none of their recommendations were taken into consideration by the school or any leadership. As other families have stated, requests for more information about incidents were met with AI generated responses, canned responses, or no response at all. Requests for meetings with leadership went unanswered until I stated that we were seeking legal council. Our child was also unenrolled without warning after stating we had spoken to an attorney, which was clearly retaliatory. Please consider other options for your child
