My kid had a very bad incident at this daycare while teachers were distracted changing another child's diaper on a changing table. During this time, my child was unsupervised. The director Afton later called me and fabricated an incident report. Thankfully, a teacher reached out to me privately after hearing the false story and told me what actually happened, confirming the director's account was untrue. This facility is extremely understaffed, poorly supervised, and dishonest when serious incidents occur. While some of the teachers genuinely care, the director is a liar, and that alone makes this place unsafe. If you want your child in a safe, well-supervised environment, rethink enrolling them here

On the day of the appointment, they called to cancel and said they don't service my area. Afterward, I received a text asking for feedback, so I left an honest review describing what happened. A man from the company then called me in response to my one-star review, verbally insulted me, and used profanity. When I tried to explain why this was frustrating from a customer's perspective--and share information that could help them improve their process--he made it clear he didn't care. This didn't have to go this way. A simple step like reviewing the address and special instructions from the manufacturer before confirming an appointment would prevent wasted time for both customers and employees.

Them telling us he hit, bite, scratched, etc. another child, BUT they could never tell us what the other kid did in order for my child to react because he will not react unless provoked. I'm thinking are yall really watching these kids? Because you will not paint my child to be a problem child. They need cameras in those classrooms and if they do already, they need to utilize them.
