Cold and really tiny chicken wings. Tardy service. Mistakes when writing our orders. I wouldn't go back.

We both ordered a steak, as we were in beef country. When the food arrived in a styrofoam container with the cheapest possible cutlery I began to get worried. Then we opened up the boxes and indeed my fears had come true. The food was poorly prepared and just thrown into a box and full of oil. I ordered my steak medium rare, which ended up cold and bloody inside. My wife who only eats steak well done got hers cooked rare. We contacted the restaurant and asked them for a refund as the meal was nothing like we expected or asked for given the price we paid. The restaurant was unwilling to give anything and we were told to have a good night. I can't say what the service is like for those dining in the restaurant, but if our takeout experience was any reflection, it can't be good. This is one place we will not be going again nor recommending to any friends.

Departing from San Miguel de Allende, where we had a wonderful vacation, Jamie W and I indeed had our Priority Passes through United, so we took advantage and parked ourselves here. It was barely a level higher than our terminal gate downstairs. Seats were more comfortable, but the free WiFi was sporadic, and the space felt like it doubled as an employee lounge. The complimentary refreshments consisted of coffee, soft drinks and store-bought cookies, nothing more. Bottom line, it's not worth paying an extra fee even if you happen to have a long layover here. I came here tonight with family as I was craving an "American" meal. Maybe I was getting homesick…read moreas it was my last night in Leon- flying back to Cali the next day. When we walked in we decided to eat in the outdoor area as it was a nice evening. It was moderately busy but our server came by quickly. She took out drink order and we also ordered an order of guacamole, which comes with salsa btw. I also liked that she brought more chips without us asking. What we ordered: Guacamole Broccoli cream soup Classic club chicken sandwich Ultimate Bacon Burger Crispy chicken crispers Our food was good and I thought the service was great as well. I will add that my review is actuallly 4.5 stars and the reason being I don't like that they let people smoke cigarettes in the outdoor dining area. I hate the smell and it's so unpleasant when trying to enjoy a meal. Not sure if this is the norm in the area but I don't like it.

Maybe I came on a really, really, REAAALLY off afternoon cause how this place has a perfect rating is dumbfounded. We waited over an hour for very simple dishes (nachos, guacamole, papas fritas, and sopas de pollo) that require teeny weeny bit of cooking. I know "simple" is subjective, but you agree....RIGHT?! All fine and dandy if the food came out banging delicious, BUT it did not!! The sopas de pollo was inedible. I hadn't eaten all day and came from a 3 hour hike, and I still did not eat this soup (starvation won over bland, tasteless, lukewarm soup). The best thing was the papas fritas, and it was mediocre at best. The service was not only terribly slow, but inattentive. We all finished our lemonade within 20 minutes and sat around with empty glasses for the rest of the meal. Don't worry, we are not horrible human beings and still tipped the server for his efforts, but gee golly you are so bad at your job dude!

My wife had the chicken soup first served as a simple bowl filled with chicken, of course, along with a bevy of veggies into which hot chicken broth is poured! Yummy yum yum! Finally, the guacamole was fresh and flavorful with fresh chips and passed the "far too salty" test with a flourish. And not to overlook service: friendly and very helpful assisting my wife with some dietary issues. All in all, a great place
