My parents and I were weary and hungry when we checked into our pine bluff hotel around 8pm Tuesday evening. we read the reviews and were dreading th possibility of poor service. We decided to give Chili's a redemptive chance and expressed our concerns with Aiden the host when we checked in. even though he was not the designated server he was determined to meet our needs and helped the short staffed servers. our food came out hot fresh and tasty. the manager said the they have recently revamped staffing in the last 4 months. read more

Very disappointing experience at Chili's. The beer was flat, the service was slow and inattentive, and to make matters worse, I became seriously ill after eating there. We decided to have our first dinner here since none of us were familiar with Pine Bluff. After seeing the reviews we wanted to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt since this was the only option that was familiar with the group. We were a party of five and pretty patient although hungry from our travels and ordered drinks. Most ordered beer and others ordered water. The waters came out promptly however the drinks came out about 25 minutes later. The restaurant overall wasn't busy so we weren't sure as to why the drinks took too long. The waitress and staff had little patients with anyone. We hadn't even ordered our food and someone came out with a tray of food trying to serve us however we kept teller the waitress that we didn't order the food. The response was more so rude that we inconvenienced them until another waitress had to direct them to another table. After our first round of drinks we decided to order another. However, the waitress ended up coming back saying that one of the taps ran out. They didn't even try to see if there was another keg in the back to replace but to just come out and tell us there wasn't any more beer. The person that ordered the beer replied with ordering a glass of wine and before they could tell the waitress what type of wine they wanted, the waitress walked away. Slowly but surely the drinks came out with the exception of the wine. When we inquired on the wine, the waitress said that the bartender works on their own time so we'd have to wait on the bartender. Few moments later the bartender came out, apologized and then asked what type of wine one of us wanted. The food was okay. I opted to share a meal with someone else and it came out alright. I came here with a group of 10 people. We waited 45 minutes for a table, and an hour and a half to get our food. When our food came out only 6 of us got what we ordered. The other 4 orders apparently were given to a different table so we sat waiting for another 30 minutes. Our drinks were refilled one time, and the servers didn't seem to see any problem with the service. They are unprofessional, lazy, and completely unorganized. For the price our food should have been steaming hot but it wasn't. My family lives in Pine Bluff where there aren't a ton of restaurant options. They haven't had a great track record with this Chili's, but when I came to visit, we decided to give it another try. I wish we hadn't. The entire restaurant was deserted, so service was attentive and relatively pleasant. However, everything we tried to order was out of stock. Out of the 9 options for the appetiser platter, only 3 were available. It was super disappointing to have the waiter keep coming back after we ordered telling us that what we wanted was out of stock. We would choose something else and repeat the whole process. The food itself was not great. The quesadillas on the quesadilla explosion salad had so little cheese that the tortillas would not stick together. The appetizers were all cold and the salad was soggy. Would I eat here again? I cannot believe this is a Chili's? I'm sitting at the bar with the worst and rude bartender and staff in the world kinda serving some of us. All I can hear the employees area playing grab ass. The kitchen area fun noise is louder than the music in the restaurant. I see customers walk in and wait and wait and wait to be greeted by anyone from the staff. I have seen at least 8 people turn around and leave due to not being greeted by staff. The food is more than slow to come out of the kitchen. Appears having fun is more important than serving paying guest. Chili's Pine Bluff shame on you and you suck. Do not come here. The reasons why. 1. Server Tina: is a Racist and a sexist. To judge someone based on the color of their hair for their identification is so wrong. What if I like the color pink or I am trying to match my lady? I was with my best friends wife, while they were at work as I visited on Vacation, trying to cheer me up after breaking up with my fiance. I quote she said to the kitchen boy to send out food. " This food should only go to the one man at the bar". The order was for the African American gentleman not for us. We redirected. 2. We waited 90 minutes in a slow shift of maybe 9 tables of people at the bar for our order. My salad got there before even a check in on water. I had to ask for a water refill. She brought it back 30 minutes from the kitchen sink instead of a chilled glass in the bar area where we were seated. 3. Food wise the salad wasn't even tossed dressing on the side of a bread plate. 4. We cashed out after 2 hours of waiting for our food. Paying only for the Dr pepper, as they directed. 5. The inability to be professional to guests, and perform basic duties is seen here. If you can't perform them or man a bar why are you working for the brand. read more

I don't know what stars aligned today to make it possible, but I had a great lunch with my mom at this Pine Bluff, Chili's! Seated quickly, not too surprising, and all service staff was very polite and nice. Larry, in particular, who was also working the Bar, did an EXCELLENT job. And I know he reliably works there and he works hard, he's personable, and we actually didn't have to ask for anything when we needed the to-go containers. He brought the sauce lids my mom wanted without her even asking and that's actually something people forget all the time. Anyways, we got the triple dipper and honey chipotle chicken crispers. It was all hot and fresh and tasted good! There was a small wait, but I would rather wait for good, hot food, than be served anything else. We ordered to-go food at this chilis during our travel from Florida to Oklahoma- we got there to pickup 15 minutes earlier than expected time, and then waited another 20 minutes after promised time. Once we got in the car i started giving everyone their food. I realized mine was cold(not even just cold. It was soggy, and nasty. In a rush, went inside to ask them to refund it. They took my information and said they would refund this item. I wasnt given a refund receipt showing this, so hopefully they refund it? Once in the car, the kids had realized their chicken was cold as well. We spent $75 here, and noone is eating their food. I enjoyed seeing Larry the bartender again after many years. However, I wanted a frozen margarita but the machine was broken & I guess no blender or ice. However, the shaken one was nice. However , I got a full rack of ribs to go & was highly disappointed. They were dry & over-cooked & for the price, I was robbed! I knew I should have just gotten an appetizer or the fajitas. Passing through on vacation. Service was TERRIBLE. Everyone in our party (except for one) received their food, and then we waited, and waited, and waited for that one last order to arrive... When our waitstaff mysteriously disappeared, we tried asking the hostess if she could help us. Her response: "I'm just the hostess. That's not my job." My dear, with THAT attitude, that is all you will ever be! So....we tried to catch the eye of another server...he made eye contact and promptly turned around. Seriously! You all have CHILI'S on your shirt - represent! When our server came finally came to wait on some other poor souls who'd made the wrong choice, we were able to get her attention. When asked, her response was to blame the kitchen for being slow! (This place was not busy!) We asked her to make the order to go and asked to speak with the manager. So, while the mgr is at our table apologizing, we let him know we needed to have the item removed from our ticket as we were ready to go..our server shows up with item bagged for takeout (what timing!). We sent it back, the manager provided a discount and apologized one more time. Then, we sat, and sat, and sat...get this...for the kiosk on our table to show our ticket!!! Finally, a completely different server (hopefully soon to be assistant manager) realized we were just sitting there and came over to offer assistance. I came here today with low expectations. The rating was at a 1.5 total. I do see why it would be this low. The food took a long time to come out. The staff were plenty friendly but slow. Did not keep the drinks topped off. The chips and salsa were good but the smoke house meal was not what I was expecting. The corn was not hot enough to fully melt the garlic butter that it was over done with. The chicken and quesadillas were good enough. After asking for the check I sat for 30min before they sent the bill to the computer at the table. If you are very patient and not easily offended, this may be a spot for you. Service was awful. I had came down from Airazona to visit my family and my granddaughter and her fiance decided to treat me to dinner. We had a 20 minute wait. We were traveling through on our way home from vacation and stopped in around 7:30 to eat dinner. We got our chips and salsa with our drinks very quickly and everything was refilled quickly. There were four of us and we all ordered different meals with special request on each meal. Everyone's meal was correct and the food was all delicious. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER. The bartender, the manager, and the kitchen staff were absolutely terrible. No one seated us when we walked in, the bartender did not bar-tend, and the bar was filthy. The manager was extremely rude and clearly does not know how to train her employees. All of our food came out wrong. You are better off going to subway or wingstop. They need to shut this location down. Save yourself some gas and eat anywhere but here. I would seriously rather eat a rat than deal with this place and the staff.
