While Reliable Roofing was one of the more fairly quoted .... It was their honesty and transperancy that made me choose their company. Nick kept me in the loop on the permit and when work would start. They don't ask for a retainer or deposit. Once they do all the work they charge you. I think this is very sincere. Most companies take a deposit and disappear until they want to work. This company gave me a accurate timeline of when they would start. I was astounded by how fast work was done. They arrived with a dumpster and their amazing team of hard workers. Work was done by the end of the day. They cleaned all debris and left our house beautiful. NOT-SO-RELIABLE ROOFING! Have a banging noise coming from the roof heard through a bathroom vent…read morewhich this roofer assumed was old vents that needed replacing. Work was completed but the problem still exists. Called to have them come out to take a look again and after some no-show appointments, a visit was finally made and the newly installed vent adjusted. This still did not fix the problem so reported it again and was told someone would come out again. Then began weeks of appointments made and NO SHOWS, having to call and text to get someone to come back. Suddenly, one morning that someone was again to come by, was told the fix was out of the scope of their work and then had the nerve to blame me and obsolve themselves because I agreed to replace the vents. I called a professional to assess a problem of banging on the roof, which I have no expertise, and was told this was the solution, but now basically being accused of calling to report rusted vents. So 6 weeks later, including several sleepless nights due to the noise, am out $600 for vents that might not have needed replacing in the first place and did not fix the problem. Extremely unprofessional!
