At first I received great customer service and yes it was v nice to receive a PDF of the estimate. But, that all changed as soon as the work started. Would recommend literally anyone else to do a subpar roof. $46k in and MJ wasted all of the love at the beginning of the relationship and not when the roof was finishing up. In general had over 4 crews at my house and a number of areas on my roof still look like shit. She didn't even know which crew of hers did which parts so when they sent out a crew to fix things the fixing crew made it clear they would never do what was done the first time around. In my experience, just a poorly managed company chomping at the bit for work. Had to buy wood out of pocket in addition to the huge price tag when we communicated upfront that we needed new gutters and fascia even again as her team ripped the existing fascia off. At that point, she sent me another 800 bill in which she claimed she would wave for her mistake in crossed communication to subcontracted crew. I even parlayed my neighbor on to her because the onboarding was so smooth at start of contract. Zebras always show their stripes and I really wish i would have avoided this one. If i had a dollar for every eye roll, hem and haw, and cigarette smoked on my property during this scope of work id have enough to buy another damn roof from someone else. Avoid her at all costs.

He didn't make a lot of promises like other companies did. We had over 5 different estimates and Robert is the reason we went with Eagle Roofing. Let me start by saying. From start to finish it only took them 3 days to tear off the roof and install the new one. The installing Crew did an OUTSTANDING JOB too. Due to the heat of Florida, the crew worked extremely hard. I called Can-Am Roofing when they first opened on Monday morning. General Manager, "Jamie Steen," was on site within two hours of my call. The weak link in the roof is the chimney and, based upon decades of problem-solving, was Jamie's first thought. Jamie inspected via the attic and saw the water leak path from the chimney, down a girder, to a light fixture in the kitchen. Then Jamie inspected the chimney, as well as the whole roof. During all facets of the inspection, Jamie provided me with a running commentary and photographs. Jamie then provided an estimate with details of the repair. Today, Thursday, Jamie and his team, "Hector" and "William," completed the repairs, and improved on other facets of the chimney. As soon as I heard Jamie's voice on Monday, I could feel the weight on my shoulders disappear. We are blessed to have Can-Am Roofing in our lives.
