Can never go wrong with a little frozen yogurt. I was in town visiting and decided to stop by for a sweet treat. One thing I liked was that they had plenty of sample cups available, making it easy to try a few flavors before making the important decision. I ended up going with dulce de leche, vanilla, and cake batter. All three were solid choices, and I topped them off with my favorite toppings. The best part about frozen yogurt is that you build it yourself, so it's hard not to enjoy exactly what you made. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're looking to satisfy a sweet tooth. read more

Used to love Chiller Bee--family friendly and close to home. Frequent customer --3-4 times a month over the last couple of years. Unfortunately, the last few visits have been disappointing. Chairs up on tables and employees making faces at customers as they walk in. Comical but not .... Tonight was my final visit. Bad attitudes and horrible service by employees toward customers. Chairs up on tables, mop bucket out and blocking entrance. It was 25 minutes before closing. I asked as I walked in if they were closed and they said no. One customer was about to spoon some cookies or nuts on their yogurt when a young lady took the dispensing spoons out of the serving bins in front of him. He asked if he could use a spoon before she took it to their prep area behind the yogurt machines and she told him to go get a plastic yellow spoon by the register. It was 9:10 pm and it doesn't close until 9:30 pm. Knowing the cost per sq ft to do business in this area and how slim the profit margins are, maybe these young ladies closing the business are not the right fit for Chiller Bee. read more

Always love the fact that they have mochi topping because a lot of places do not offer. This makes coming here so much better. Flavors are always top notch even though I tend to get the same ones every time. Always get your card punched per bowl because it's totally worth it to get that free bowl! read more

I love this chiller bee cause I love frozen yogurt but the customer service seriously sucks. If I'm walking in 10 minutes before they close all the toppings should not be taken away and closed. And I most definitely should not get attitude and faces from the workers, you don't want to work there until the exact closing time quit. Went onto their site to verify that they had the flavor I wanted....Salty Pretzel. Also called, but only got message with hours. I drove all the way over there, but they didn't have the flavor shown on the website. When I complained, the teenage blond girl said that they ran out of the flavor yesterday, and changed it out. I asked why they didn't change the flavor out on the website. She just grinned and said "Sorry Maam!!" Then laughed. Totally unprofessional. We used to come almost every Tuesday for two punch Tuesday. My wife and I absolutely love their white chocolate mousse, but the last five times we've been, it's not available. The last two times we went I made a comment to the staff, and both instances they said they usually have it, but just not today. A decent place to get frozen yogurt, especially if you are already in the area shopping at Trader Joe's! The froyo had a thick consistency and there are lots of toppings to choose from. Love chiller bee! It's a great place that I love to go after football practice, and I love the flavors (especially the Cookie Monster) and the topping selection. Update on this review when I went to chiller bee and I noticed something very disturbing that they were doing. Some toppings had spilled out of the tray and instead of throwing them away they just grabbed the serving spoon and scraped all of the stuff on the table back into the toppings so not as good (and very gross) that's why I'm lowering my review. read more

And just like you had to, they will uncomfortably reach over you and around you to read the flavor names and try a few and serve themselves a dessert that will be melted before they have a chance to enjoy it. Both sweet & savory flavors offered. I had the peach flavor (which was delicious) mixed with some classic vanilla. The toppings bar was also very thorough, fresh, and totally stocked. Froyo is fire, no complaints there. This is just a review for one of the workers, who overall made the ambiance of the place awful. When we first came in yesterday, she was legit kicking the chairs as hard as possible to push them back in, whilst saying, "I didn't know it was THIS HARD to push in a chair" ok girl I get it ya that's annoying. But those chairs are metal and super loud, so as she kicked and they flew, it was all screeching noises. While I was getting some strawberries, she was refilling the toppings. She went back and forth from flinging the scoops back, tossing them back into place, or jabbing them back into their place. I looked at my friend, saying "are we for real right now?" Because I seriously felt like she was being ridiculous. I ended up saying "sorry" as I got my strawberries, and I'm really not sure why. I think it was a trauma response because she was terrifying. The girl who was working the counter was fine, and everytime she got a free minute was cleaning quietly. Anyways, while we were there, the girl who was in the back talked extremely loudly about how annoying it was to clean up after the guests. Girl go work somewhere else There's no way I was the only person who noticed, because everytime she did something people would look over at her. I genuinely got so uncomfortable I had to roll out. I didn't realize how much I take chiller bee for granted!it is truly run very well. We were on vacation in Colorado and had the WORST experience at a similar froyo concept. The staff was rude and literally ignored us, it was dirty, there weren't a lot of flavors, etc. What was supposed to be fun was a bad experience. All I could think was how much better run chiller bee was back home! It is so easy to grab your cups fill them up and check our. The staff is always helpful and prompt to check us out and remind us of specials if there is one that day. It is usually pretty clean too. My only thing is it can get crowded- another bench outside would be good but I don't know if they could add one or if the shopping center would let them, etc. This is a great place to take kids and there are tons of flavors to pick. read more

This fro yo establishment has a great list of options and what I love the most are the ingredients that they display to notify patrons of the contents (milk, eggs , non diary etc.) I usually get my chocolate fix her but want them to work on the tropical flavors more but I do enjoy the toppings. my boyfriend and i had walked in when they were supposed to close in 15 minutes and first of all two little girls just stood there in the doorway to the kitchen staring at us before we walked in and then made facial expression and then proceeded to go and hide in the kitchen area throughout the whole time we were inside and once we had walked in all chair's were put up, all the bowls weren't there, all the spoons for the toppings were put away and mind you while we were just standing there waiting they were still just hiding in the kitchen and mind you this is their job and their getting paid to serve to the public and not close the store 15 minutes before closing and just not serve whoever comes in whenever it's convenient for them. so overall train your staff better on customer service and overall satisfaction and simply serving to customers as they get paid to do is just weigh and request payment from customers. read more

My son loves this place and so do I! I love that they allow you to try as many flavors as you want and that you can even get a bowl of toppings only which my kiddo often does! We have so much fun trying different things and the prices are so reasonable. Their toppings are fresh and of better quality than most places offering them. Try the cookie dough... I could honestly polish off a bowl of just that! They also have fresh baked brownie pieces and premium walnuts and pecans. My favorite flavor is the cake batter followed by espresso. I cannot believe how low calorie the frozen treats are for the way they taste you'd think they were A LOT worse for you! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. They keep all toppings full and everything cleaned up as well as welcoming you and answering any questions. They've also offered to ring up my bowl while my son who takes his time (lol) chooses his toppings so that mine doesn't melt!! In my daughter's words: "I think I have a new favorite place!" Stopped by yesterday for the first time. I heard about them when we first moved to the area, but had no clue where it was. To my surprise, it's right next to Trader Joe's. The place operates like a Menchie's, you get your cup and move down the line. They offer samples and also allow you to get a cup just with toppings. Which I think is pretty neat. Yesterday they had a variety of flavors. I went with mango, pineapple, and strawberry. My daughter went with cheesecake, chocolate, and strawberry. It didn't disappoint. Full of flavor and no after taste (we've tried other brands with flavors that leave some kind of after taste.) Friendly service, amazing music, clean location. We don't mind going out of our way to try some great quality FroYo. read more

I work out a lot! So, I crave protein like a fish, craves water or I suppose fish just use that to live and breathe so maybe not quite water but I do like FroYo a lot! Chiller B has a lot of awesome selections of FroYo and a lot of toppings and it's all my weight and sometimes people just get the toppings and not even the FroYo, which is perfectly fine by me I don't judge, OK fine I judge a lot but that's fine. You can have your little toppings of candy if you like I allow it. The only knock that I give this place is that it's a little cramped and needs more sitting space somehow or maybe even a larger location there's this Bundt cake place next-door that never seems to have any business. They should probably just take that over or just take it over at night like just an exit and everybody's like oh where the Bundt cake place go? And we'll just pretend we don't know as we have just extra room now to enjoy our FroYo. PS I don't get the idea of a store devoted to Bundt cake. I get the idea of a cake stop store like a bakery or even like an ice cream shop or something but the focusing on one of the least liked cakes Bundt cake, which seems like some thing from the turn-of-the-century like when women were like swimsuits that had like knees and stuff, it just seems weird. Decided to come to Chiller Bee while visiting my parents in Magnolia right before the chaos of COVID started. Love the location of this place as it is next to my favorite store, Trader Joe's! Loved that you were able to sample different flavors before ultimately deciding what you wanted. The Original flavor was really good!!!
