I am so looking forward to never having to go back into this store ever again. Most of the store employeees are rude. The Store manager, Jordan, is completely ineffective at manging staff. They lay people off, rehire them. Its a retial CRAP SHOW. Sent a firearms in for repair under there protection plan. The employess, called once or twice a week and did nothing. After two months, I called corporate and figured it out in 30 mins , after meesssing with me for 2 months! You know, I only have a few m ore pruchases before all the laws get awful and I am actually happy. Happy, that these thieves will never, ever get my money again.

'Shiny-new' and bright quarters, with nicely-stocked, and well displayed offerings of just about "anything & everything" one could wish to see when thinking of outdoor 'wants & requirements' - including clothes, gear, and accessories re: camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, emergency/survival supplies, and so much more! On this stop, I was seeking a jacket -- a 'shell-type', heavy enough for fall wear, but roomy enough to accommodate a heavy sweater, vest, or such for winter wear. I really liked the styles and qualities of what they had to offer, but try as I did, just could not catch a size to properly fit me. Will catch another look or two before fall sets in, and check on what might be available. Plus, my eyes caught some 'sandals' during this stop, and they definitely need a closer, second look, and try-on. Total shopping interests at a shop like 'Hope Outdoors' are on the rather narrow side for me now. But I really like to browse this wonderful shop in Hope, even if it is just to soak in the 'feel' I get, and 'memories' it provides of many past, and wider outdoor interests, and experiences. I had talked to Dan Marcus the owner of the company and he told me this was how to order it and they had the same guidelines on their website https://defenseballistics.com/. He also said they would send me a receipt that week and the firearms were just getting assembled and would be sent out ASAP. I had heard nothing back so I sent an email asking for a receipt or refund because no one was answering there phones. Stephen Edler the manager emailed me back and said they'd get me the receipt and they don't do refunds (although this was never mentioned before or on the order forms). I finally received my receipt. Since them I have called them every 2 weeks for the last year asking when my product I purchased will be sent and every time they have been saying in about 2 weeks dragging this on. Later I demanded my money back again through email but received no answer. I told them to resolve this issue or give me my money back... They told me to call the owner who again said in 2 weeks... It has been over this time again so I am filing a Small claim to get my money back. I have the emails, receipt company registration info and other information.
