Most people are curious, about understanding the process (which I found reasonable). They also inquire about the condition of their ductwork to address any odor and allergy concerns identified during the inspection results presentation. The extent of improvement, in dealing with issues remains uncertain; however I can confirm that the service was indeed carried out.

When she told them about the standing water.. they responded with, "well where is your husband can you send him down there?" needless to say their furnace was SHOT. Our pump and dump water furnace geothermal system died in January so my wife and I decided to…read moreupgrade to a waterless geothermal system. When the system died we had to go to 100% emergency electric heat. Our house is 3200 SF and the electric bill was $800. Buschur's did a great job during the whole process. Their staff was so knowledgeable, respectful. honest, and friendly. We love the new geothermal, bill has gone down drastically. Also, we had Buschur's put 2 electric, and 2 wood burning inserts in our non functional fire places. Lastly, we had them install a mini split at the far end of the house to help heat and cool. Would definitely recommend Buschur's. We will be using them when our water softener stops working.

I would not recommend Area Energy to nobody! Our propane heater broke in the worst part of winter…read moreso landlord hired them to fix it. They said that they couldn't find the parts to fix the heater so they told the landlord that a new heater was needed. Landlord trusted them to pick out and purchase the new heater. They ended up picking out the same brand heater so tell me why would they pick the SAME ONE when they were having troubles finding parts to fix the last one? Just doesn't make sense!! But finally 2 months later, we received our new heater. Techs came out and installed it and lit it. Then realized that the heater they purchased was a natural gas heater and we had propane!!!!! They lit a natural gas heater on our propane line!!!! When this happened, the front glass broke! Picture is below!!! Then we had to wait another 6 weeks for them to get the conversion kit ordered and installed. When they lit the heater for the second time, it started making LOUD whistling noises and ticking and banging noises. The whistling noises were SO LOUD that it woke me and my husband up at all hours of the night. My husband started missing work because he wasn't getting enough sleep at night because this heater was so loud. We called them ago and finally the owner Jeff came out this time to try and fix the heater. He told us that there was nothing he could do about it so now we are just stuck with this "brand new" heater that is EXTREMELY LOUD. I believe when they lit the natural gas heater and n our propane line, before they realized that it needed a conversation kit, that it not only cracked the outside of the heater but it messed something up on the inside too. And because this was THERE FAULT, they aren't taking responsibility for there mess up because then they would have to buy another new propane heater which would cost them $2,000. I would NEVER recommend Area Energy in Sidney Ohio. I also put a bad review on there page but it was quickly removed. (Go figure, right)
