London Relocation had very positive reviews all-around and we have a very good first impression. The team was there to help from the initial intake until well-after we moved into our home. The company has a defined process with in-depth housing requirements to ensure they find the right homes, neighborhood and school district that would suit us the best. They searched and brought back a large (25-35) list of properties meant to give them better insight on our preferences. With all of this being done virtually, they took great care in returning a final list of properties, each one they toured before presenting to us. We short-listed about 5-7 homes and Shanti conducted detailed video tours of each place. They weren't pushy and didn't rush us to decide. On a few occasions, they slowed-us down to ensure we chose the right place. They went back to specific properties to conduct follow-up virtual tours. They made it very easy and helped with handling all the negotiations. It seems they have relationships with, or know, a majority of the letting companies in London. After finding "the one" house in Richmond we truly couldn't pass-up, they helped put an offer together, gave guidance on how much to offer based on the market and made it happen. We ended up choosing the house in Southwest London with all criteria being met, totally exceeding our expectations. They handled the check-in process and while we had to address a few unforeseeable maintenance issues with the property, they made it very easy, working on our behalf with the letting agent, to ensure all post move-in items were addressed to our satisfaction. Overall i was happy with the service, they weren't pushy and although they insisted on showing properties well in excess of the ball park budget, they ended up coming on budget. All that being said, the only blotch on their performance came when handling our offer. It seems 'someone else was interested' and they took the offer process to sealed bids. Having watched many a property programme I knew it was a waste of time trying to outbid the asking price, so I stuck to my guns. We then supposedly lost the property. After a couple of weeks they came back and said the new purchaser was taking their sweet time and were we still interested and willing to match the other buyers price. Of course I told them it wasn't worth the paper it was offered on and that, at best I would match my initial bid. Cheeky sods! Anyhow, all round they are ok, and I would likely use them again and recommend them.
