I called back in two weeks and they said they could not stack it. We talked, they agreed, again, that they would stack it. Another two weeks go by - after all our guests have come and gone when we needed the wood for the firepit. I called again and they say they are busy and that they will come the next day. Three more days go by - to August 9 and they say they cannot stack it, again, after agreeing to THREE TIMES. So, for whatever this is worth, we ordered wood on July 6. On AUGUST 9 after the worst service I have ever seen, and, with them acting profoundly callous and flippant, I canceled the order. I cannot believe this service and we will never use them again.

GNR tree removal took down 2 spruce trees that were each about 4' from my house and about half…read moretheir height from my fence on all sides. A pretty difficult removal - executed perfectly. They did a very good job of cleaning up leaving no trace of twigs or debris. We also had them grind the stumps out and they did a very good clean job of that as well. I got several quotes before hiring these guys and their price was the best. I was really impressed with how efficiently they all worked together to get the job done. I would definitely hire these guys again - and may do so when we decide to take the spruces in the front yard down. On a personal note, the whole crew was very kind and respectful.
