What an amazing concept. I can say that the food quality is pretty awesome especially considering the buffet style restaurant. I've been twice now and both times the food was awesome and they don't pull back on anything here. The only issue is they do have some weird hours but for what you get and how they do things it's totally worth a trip during lunch. The guys sampled the sweet and sour soup and two had the chef prepare their hibachi chicken and stir fry dishes. Desserts were good but there weren't many chocolate choices... and if any thing was weak it was the desserts. The banana pudding really didn't have bananas in it. They had a good selection of sushi rolls to choose from and a decent salad bar. Mussels, Octopus, shrimp, crab...you name it.
