My only complaint is the privacy in the room. It would be nice if there was more than just a see through sheet over the door. Don't get me wrong. It's a very nice place, and the girls do a very good job at a very reasonable price. This place - where to start! This has easily become my new favorite 'treat yo self' spot in Dubuque. For $40 I received a very relaxing and AMAZING full body massage. I have been going to the spas and massage therapists in Dubuque for the past five years and they are great, but I could only justify it if I was in pain or once a quarter, if not once every 6 months. The massage I received last night from China Foot Massage was the same caliber as the other spas I've been too, if not better. Plus I know big on scented aromas and heavy lotions, etc., I'm there for working out my knots and stretching my muscles and that is exactly what they did for me. From the head massage (like you get at the salon while washing your hair - its greattttt), to the limb stretches, the FOOT MASSAGE/soak (the best I've ever had, the pressure points were so relieving, a full half hour spent on your feet), and finally the back (got in there with his elbows and really worked out my knots). Overall, very professional massage service, great price and really nice people. Their menu of services is affordable and has some great options! I will definitely be back on a regular basis and will recommend highly to anyone in need of a massage or relaxation. read more

Tried this place as I was new to area. The massage was good (not deep tissue), but a Full body massage is not just your back and back of legs. Overall clean and enjoyable. $50 for an hour massage. Might go back. Need to see what else is available and compare . Nice people there. read more

Was given a gift certificate for a 30 minute massage. Wanted a foot massage only, not the upper legs, as I have fibromyalgia, and this area is painful to me. English is a second language for the employees, and I was not successful in communicating my wishes. When I expressed pain, the woman just laughed at me, like I was being a baby. Also, she watched her cell phone throughout the massage, and at one point, stopped my massage for several minutes to text someone!!! Very unprofessional. When she realized I was getting angry, she started rubbing one foot with one hand, while continuing to play with her phone with the other. Later in the massage, a customer came in the front door. She got up to take care of him, taking additional time from the 30 minutes I had paid for!! Will never go back. read more

This has to be the worse customer service I have EVER received I called to see if they take walk ins I didn't know exactly when I wanted to go in but I asked the question it was late on a Thursday night and they insisted I come inside that day even though it was late so I called a babysitter and my sitter canceled on me last minute mind you I wanted an hour body massage plus a foot massage so I knew it would be pushing the time to closed, I got caught up with my son and the babysitter canceled they called me at 9 pm when they were closed and a man started yelling at me saying "fuck you I'm so angry at you why the fuck didn't you come in" I was astonished!!!! I can't believe they would call me back and use such language with me I suffer from anxiety and that didn't help with it also I never been so disrespected in my life by someone over the phone. I want to report them to better business bearu and over all I will never go back there again they lost a good customer I can't believe how money hungry some people can get I don't even know what to do this is crazy . read more
