While I was in the restaurant, I also took a peek at the buffet and was surprised to see it was mostly American food, and seemed to have been sitting out awhile. They serve all the classics of Chinese-American cuisine and the dishes are consistently good and never taste old/like they've been sitting around a while; they're fresh and always hot on pickup. The pickup times are also very quick, and I can't say enough good things about the man who works up front. He always greets me and is kind, warm, and overall just a really friendly dude who will always make sure you have everything you need.
