Often the pay @ pump stations are not working and you have to queue to pay. A lot of the time at peak times, there is only 1 cashier on, whilst another one is nearby stacking shelves! There is a nice new car wash there, and they have recently put in a new tyre and hoover station for you to sort your car out, though it now does cost. There are plenty of pumps usually available.

I recommend getting a Shell card (which you can use in any Shell garage), and get it swiped every time you buy from here. They then send you vouchers for money off your petrol next time (every little helps). They also send vouchers for stuff they sell in their little shop, the latest one I got was 3 cream eggs for a £1. They sell what you would expect in the shop and although the range is not huge it includes the basics. Also they sell Costa Coffee.

Has around 12-15 pumps, air pressure mahine and a car wash. The garage itself sells soft drinks,ready prepared sandwiches and rolls,sweets, chrisps and cakes. They also sell cigarettes,a few map books and do the lottery. Staff are friendly. This is a very busy garage so expect to queue for your petrol.
