I was a little surprised by the price which is why I dropped a star. It was quoted a tiny bit high but still around the competition (most quotes came out to $180-280), but was completed higher than competitors in the end. That being said, I don't know if the actual price from competitors would have been higher than their quotes. For transparency here, I paid a $65 service fee plus $55 per house lock. The mailbox was a higher charge at $125. I was quoted $200-300 (probably assuming 3 locks rather than the 4 I ended up needing); it came out to about $410 plus tax. The result is the same. I have a fully rekeyed home and mailbox. Service was excellent. The vehicle was well marked and the Johnny was very professional and easy to work with.

They would've had 5 stars from me had it not been for the person who did the job. Everyone in the office is excellent. Very nice and attentive. I had great service from the start until their service guy went to re-key some doors for me. To start off he was very rude to my wife. Then the day after one of the doors didn't want to open so i gave them a call. The guy who actually re-keyed the doors answered and was very rude. After several calls to get him out and fix the door he just never showed up (even though i had already paid). Two weeks later i had to call another company down the street at B & B Locks who took excellent care of me. read more

The most stressful thing happened to me this morning. I work at a dental office and as I was going to unlock the office door my key got stuck and I could not get it out or opened. I tried for a good 15 min. The office opened at 9am. Finally I called Steve at about 8:30am, I was so impressed at how fast he came to my rescue. I used to have a great relationship with Chino, but the service has suffered in the last few years. Even the Chino Police Department uses the guys up the street. So sad because he used to be so reliable. On a good note, I went to Band B lock. They are 1/2 the price for keys made and $10 cheaper for service calls. I do not work for them, but I know a good deal when I see one. read more
