02/24/21 Called this place at around 4:00pm drove from Baldwin Park,CA driving as fast and safely to get a KEY FOB only. I spoke to Owner Dad of person whom received me at 4:50pm gave me a quote of $59.00. So when I got there I explained to Son what Father mentioned on price and said he was sorry. I mentioned that I was given price and I wasted gas and time to get there. Finally he said ghb o to back of swapmeet and park in the red curb side. So after an hour of pretending to program a new FOB only I did not need a spare key because I had two keys already Owners Dad said he could not dub me an extra FOB adding more insult to injury!! If he didn't want to assist me he shouldn't have wasted more of time and got rid of me since I got there! That individual is a prankster that has no heart and no word. I was willing to pay the difference as long as I got the FOB I came, drove for over an hour just to be disappointed! In today's turbulent times individuals like him have no word and no honor makes you wonder if I may have been from a different race I may have been treated with more respect and I would have got the assistance I drove to receive! I am throwing the race card at all I never have but it was to obvious on this mal treatment. Went into the indoor swap meet looking for someone who can make me a new car key, since my car requires a chip in order to start it's been hard finding someone who can come out and program the chip for a good price. 2007 Honda Civic Si. I came from Azusa to Pomona lock and key located in the Pomona indoor swap meet and they said they would have to come out to program it. 2 hours later they were at my front door like they said, letting me know they would begin working on it.
