Refused to provide an email address. 2 They game the system by generally making you wait much longer to get your supplies from a warehouse on the East coast, thus stretching out your next eligibility date out 10 days. 3. Don't ever go to their store near closing time, they get nasty, even if it is a pick up. I'm giving up on them. BTW it's ok for me to drive almost to Broken Arrow to show them a picture vs. checking the prescribing doctor. At least we have options for other providers.

On July 26, 2020, my wife rented a wheel chair for 2 weeks - 7-26-21 to 8-9-21. We needed a left…read moreleg extension support. Marianne charged us for a 2 week chair rental but charged for a 1 month leg extension rental. When she realized that she did this, she told us she would issue a pro-rated refund on the leg extension if we returned the chair before the 1 month leg extension rental. She made notes to that affect on her rental form. We returned the chair on 8-9-21. We explained the situation to the unfriendly man at the counter. He took the form to the back to confer with Marianne. He returned to say they would not issue a refund on a 'standard' 1 month rental on the leg extension. In spite of the fact that they charged us for 1 month rental of the leg extension even though we indicated up front we only needed 2 weeks rental, we only used it for 2 weeks, and Marianne made notes on their rental form of their mistake. I am led to believe that we were lied to about the prorated refund. I enlisted the BBB's help to gain a prorated refund but their inquiries to Sooner Mobility have gone unanswered as of 9-7-21.

They don't call you with any updates or let you know the status, or updates of your order, I had to contact my insurance and have them contact the business and was still met with disappointment of this company.
