I asked them to call her, since I don't know her schedule. She's not received a phone call and they stopped responding to my FB messages. A delayed flight is a good reason to reschedule an appointment but not calling to do so before the appointment is bad business practice and very inconsiderate to an 89 year old woman.

I called Lowes where i bought it and they said their return policy was 30 days from purchase. I was over by 30 days. and said to take it to an authorized dealer and they will fix it. I called their list they sent me and the only ones who would honor the warranty was in Joplin, Mo. OKC.OK. and Van Buren Ar. So i called Craftsman corporate they told me the same thing. So I have a 3 year extended warranty policy that i cannot use unless i load up my mower in a truck and drive it 3 hours in any direction and then turn around and drive another 3 hours round trip to pick it up. I would think that Lowes would be more helpful toward their customers. but their not. I would advise people not to buy their mowers or at least Craftsman. They had just gotten a shipment in when I was there and a few pieces were on the "hospital" table in the back. I got a piece with a crack in it (but still had integrity) for $10. They have lots of Talavera pottery throughout the store but the Halloween items are on sale. I got an absolutely stunning Calavera (sugar skull) for only $15!!!!! I'm very excited to have found this spot and can't wait for the plants to show up out back in April!!!! They also have a small event space adjacent that hosts crafts. I believe there was a spring wreath building class when I was there. Amazing staff, too.
