6 STAR Category needed for services like BRABO. Plymouth…read moreshould not only celebrate 400 years but they should be proud of a local company like BRABO. I have been with BRABO since the beginning of the year. I am not the best at paper work and they have made my business life (payroll side) a breeze. I was waiting for the ball to drop when I was a customer for a few months...well it hasn't nor do I think it will. The WHOLE team is awesome Mike Daly no pressure pitch, straight forward....he was recommended by my accountant who also does payroll but he recommended me to BRABO.. Melinda- ridiculous... so HELPFUL, I said I'm not the best at paperwork I'm probably pretty close to the worst and Melinda has never made me feel bad or indicate that I'm a nuisance. I'm actually looking forward to having payroll nice, neat smooth and ONTIME. (I'm trying) Lee has been very supportive and helped on a couple occasions when I needed assistance. Gabi I think she owns the company. She knows the answer to every question and more importantly knows how to find the ones she doesn't. She TEXTED me a reply to a very important question after hours..... mind blowing..... where does Kevin find these people???? And then there is Kevin, I heard his name from a couple business people and he is very well respective but that's all I knew. Then COVID-19 hits and he is emailing as the alerts and government notifications are coming out. He set up zoom meetings before some of my business associates had even been notified from their payroll "services". He was immediately available. When an update came out I received an email from him at 11pm ..dedication to your customers! During to zoom meetings Gabi wanted to interject a comment or give a reply to a question or just clarify something and Kevin just let her. He has to have an ego, he is too good at what he does not to but you could sense he just pushed that aside know the information that would follow was good for his clients. Long story short does not apply here. Good story great company. I don't know any of the people mentioned, I'm not related and unlike nameless previous "pay checks" company that are not soaking me. One last shout out I offered to pay extra, " send me an invoice" for the extra time. I received a comment that it was "customer service" Great job, great company....Thank you so much. Jim Fitzg

No matter whether you have 2, 20, 200 or 2000 employees, our obligation to you is the same. He won't answer emails or phone calls and now I will need to fully start over with someone else, and pay all of these late fees for no reason. Do not trust this agency or him. Mr dennis told me he would help me and was initially very kind, inviting me in his office. My ex girlfriend had worked there for years and she referred me. She was hoping they would help me but I later found out they mistreated her as well (while pregnant) He gave me a very reasonable quote for getting me caught up .. I explained that I had 2 uncles die of covid and we were struggling to raise money for our family. I was later informed by a secretary that I owed a large sum and it was only going to cover one year (for which there was going to be no return because it was so late.. ) It was very upsetting and I told her to tear it up and that I would have to bring my business elsewhere I would have never agreed to $2000 dollars for what would have amounted to a half hour of paper work She called me unethical and said they would do the one year for free (in a very condescending tone). She said and I quote, "we will tear up your check and to consider this one year of a return a gift from us" The disagreement was upsetting but I was relieved and grateful at the same time. I later got a bill in the mail My friend later told me that after giving these folks blood sweat and tears they pulled a similar stunt on her. I guess this is how the rich stay rich.
