We were able to have chips and cracks repaired on one of our cars back in March 2020. Fast forward to December 2020 and we needed another chip repaired. We waited for a week, were unable to get the repair done. It was necessary to enlist another vendor to repair the glass. The other vendor only had us waiting just over three hours. If we have a reason to use this type of service again, rest assured there will not be a week wasted. There was also a delay in the service back in March. Two stars, "could've been better". Well I had a chip and about 2.5 inch crack at the edge of my car's windshield, I went to 2 big shops in Bakersfield and they offered to replace it as they cant repair it.
