Unfortunately we cannot help more than that" not even offered to feed my kids as a sorry to help out more of just, sorry we have gave you the money back will take 3-10 days it doesnt matter about your kids not eating. The food is quick and efficient and the staff are ok. They have a relatively good spot inside the Merry Hill shopping centre and price is average it seems for the area. The store itself however is quite outdated. It seems dark, the chairs aren't particularly comfortable and the whole look of the place isn't good.
