The main issue I have with this location is the food, as it lacks in quality a bit. Majority of the meat choices are usually on the dry side, I've gotten entrees that I could tell had sat out for too long, and the veggies are usually not as fresh as I would hope for. I always get a side of chow mein with my order, and 80% of the time it is 90% old cabbage, 10% noodle. I love my veggies but when they only taste like the oil they were cooked in I lose interest. I will continue coming to this location for convenience but when I'm in the mood for real flavor I'll be looking elsewhere.

I understand fast food environments are busy and stressful, but basic customer service--such as a simple "hello" or acknowledgment--goes a long way in making customers feel welcome rather than like an inconvenience. This location is fairly new, and I've heard mixed feedback, so I hope management takes the opportunity to reinforce customer service expectations and training.
