Wow. We wanted to try it out, so we hit the drive thru. We waited behind 2 cars. After 8 minutes car 1 moved to the window(I know the time as we had received a call as we entered the line). Car 2 moved to the speaker, a nice couple in a black keep. That sat for another 12 minutes and no one even took their order. 3 cars lined up behind me and all 3 left due to the wait. I seriously don't believe that anyone who gave a five star review actually went to this location. I've gone through the drive thru multiple times when I've been the only car in line (parking lot empty) and they messed up my order. The screen showed it correctly, but somewhere between the entering it into the system and the actual preparation they decided to just pick something else off of the menu to make. It's especially unfortunate when you're paying for something more expensive and getting less. I live five minutes away and my food is usually cold by the time I get back - but cold like it wasn't hot when I left the restaurant. The staff are not friendly. So I pull up to the window and get my food and drive home with it. The chicken was so dry and gross not to mention greasy that I just threw it out. Created this account just to say this. I'm a guy who likes the chicken sandwich and probably come 3 times a month. The quality of food is great but the biggest problem is that they mess up orders on the regular. If they stopped messing up orders than this place would be amazing. Also when you bring up the fact your order is wrong is when the staff make you feel like it's your fault and said wrong order. I hope this place can fix the management and teach the staff to verify orders. Having people roll there eyes at you is just absolutely rude. I just would like for this location to stop messing up orders. 2/3 trips just in last month have been incorrect orders. I hate to have to do this review before eating the food. But in all honesty it is Popeyes. I pulled into this location 20 minutes before they were to close. They claim they don't have any of the Kasian chicken tenders. I would love for management to check their inventory on the day of this interview because I'm willing to bet $100 they did have some but did not want to take the time to cook them. When I got to the drive up ordering box I was the only car in the drive-through. I sat there for five minutes and nobody asked if I was ready to order. It wasn't until I said hello is anyone there was I even addressed by someone. Every time I ordered the person on the other end didn't have a clue of what they were supposed to do so it was a three-way conversation.
