They close at 11pm. I arrived at 9:42pm. All chairs were stacked. The employees were visibly and audibly annoyed that someone came in an hour and 20 mins before closing. Waited 5 mins or so before being acknowledged just to be told...we are out of cheese, rice, chicken, lettuce, onions/peppers. I don't believe that was true. I think they had just pulled every item from the service line in preparation to close. All food bins were pulled from the temperature controlled bins and sitting out on the prep counter to grow bacteria. Folks went in as I was leaving. Not sure if they were helped. You would think the store was closing in 20 mins, not an hour and 20 mins. If the employees are that upset about customers coming in to patronize the store they should find a new job. read more

My wife and I stopped in to pick up dinner, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was not busy -- only one person was ahead of us and the dining area was empty -- yet the entire place was noticeably dirty. The floors, prep area, cooking area, and seating tables all looked unclean, and there was trash on the floor. When I asked an employee if the restaurant was always this dirty, he seemed confused. The cashier responded that "it was only the serving area," which was not true based on what we saw. When I pointed out the other issues, her response was simply, "well go somewhere else." Between the condition of the restaurant and the rude customer service, we decided not to order and left. I won't be returning to this location. read more

I love Chipotle however I can't eat it. Every single thing I get is too spicy hot to eat. When I do decide to risk it I have to bring it home and cook rice to go in it to try to put the fire out. You couldn't possibly take your children there to eat, it would set their mouth on fire. It's truly a shame too because the flavor is wonderful, if you could eat it. This is by far the worst chipotle location I have ever been to which is unfortunate considering it is the closest one to home. I've been twice in the last week and both times they were out of multiple items with no sign on the door or any mention from staff until said item is requested, first time they were out of hard tacos, fajita veggies, steak, chips and cheese! I ordered a side of guacamole and when I asked for chips was told they were out, I said well then I don't need the guacamole, rather than just keep it in my bag the employee reached in and took it out and then dumped the cup back into the serving dish!! Keep in mind this was at 6:30 pm, store does not close until 11pm. Now the next time I went they were out of hard shell tacos again, fajita veggies again, black beans, chicken, and chips yet again! Additionally there were multiple employees standing around meanwhile the trash can you walk by as soon as you enter the restaurant was overflowing. The containers were mostly empty with a large line behind me, the worker seemed confused how to make items and kept changing his gloves and bowls repeatedly in short periods of time. My salad turned into a bowl (barely any lettuce) the kids quesadilla was wrong too. He took one half and folded it and I mentioned what about cheese ? He added cheese to half and folded it and added another loose half tortilla. I tried to politely explain how it should be made but the employees seemed confused. The chips were very stale too. I have worked in the industry for approximately 7 years, and never have I seen a place so dysfunctional. My family ordered online, and the online orders were down because CORPORATE didn't want to pay their employees overtime on DAY 13. They called in a manager to cover what I would approximate to be 2-4 employees, completely shutting down their drive up window and online orders. While inside, I found out (eventually as this was only mentioned to the line ONCE in a 30 minute period) that they were out of cheese and guac, and that they wouldn't be able to make our order as we had ordered. How there is no stock out option for their onlines blows my mind. But before I go any further, I would like to take a moment and say that NONE OF THIS is of the fault of the employees working. They were kind and trying their best amidst the absolute chaos that whoever is running this store decided to put them through. I'm genuinely shocked they're still open at this moment, as I would not blame each and every last one of them for walking out on the spot. That being said, I got home, and our order was entirely incorrect, even after removing/modifying for missing ingredients. Even upon our return the order was not entirely correct. Unfortunately, I will NEVER return to this location, and honestly, I probably won't ever return to a chipotle. For that pricing, I expect quality food. And as you can see from the image, what I got was far from it. Please, whoever franchised this location, take a moment and look at the mess you caused. And do better. I've been to this location multiple times and they always give me the smallest portions. It's not even just once depending on the person serving, it's every time. I got a bowl with rice and maybe 5 pieces of chicken. Paying $10 for a bowl with a cup of rice and five pieces of chicken is just ridiculous. The bowl wasn't even filled half way and they didn't even care to be generous with anything. Also, I got corn salsa and it was almost empty and the lady just scooped the few pieces that were left in the little container, instead of getting a new one. This is just laziness at its finest and I do not appreciate this, I will not coming back to this location after these bad experiences. read more

I've been to this location three times and each time I go in the staff is sitting around in the dining room chairs along with their managers talking. Nobody hops up to do their job . They glare at you like you've inconvenienced them and talk about the customers coming in. I've never seen the manager actually work. The line is filthy with drippings of everything that they drag your food through. Nothing is hot. I thought food temps were a thing? Apparently not. Not a friendly exchange with anyone. Portion size is ridiculously small for the amount you pay. I am so sorry you guys hate your job but you're being paid. I'll drive to Inverness or Spring Hill from now on. The manager is absolutely terrible, he argues with customers about their experiences. Most of the time when you walk in he's on his phone sitting down at a table or leaning against a wall not paying attention to what's going on.
