Went here on a weekday and was greeted and sat down.Server came over and took my drink orders...they do serve Jarritos Soda here so that was a plus. They brought our Chips and Salsa and it had a kick to it . Chips were lukewarm and were o.k. ordered a Tamale, Burrito platter...it came out quickly...there was no cheese on top of the Burrito or anything else.. Rice was plain and the beans as well...Tamale was small and not much flavor..I was disappointed...I will come back and try the Berria Tacos and give them another chance since I have heard good things about them there, was not in the mood for them today, but wish I would have ordered them now... To

The food is always excellant.. the drinks are yummy and strong I've eaten Mexican food in NJ, NY, DC, Chicago, San Antonio and Atlanta. This has been my go to when I'm enjoying myself and treating myself to a relaxing day, and when it's been a hectic day and I need something that hits on all levels, without putting my brain power to it. Friendly servers, hosts and bartenders, delicious and plentiful food, and has pleased many different generations!

Food was okay need a little bit more of flavor, had the chicken chimichanga it's a single not a double and is priced like the restaurants that serve doubles. But it is decent, customer service was lacking maybe just having a bad day. We will be back to give them a second chance. Nicely decorated and looked clean and smells good!

We were headed to an appt and this was the closest place to grab a bite. It was the tamale I've had. Been to Cali, Texas, Baja Mexico, and all around the bordering states and had lots of Mexican food. The enchilada sauce was something I'd never had before moving to Florida. Think it's a conversion of tomatoes and mole sauce which I've found I love. Waitress was very attentive and answered my questions about the different peppers used in enchilada sauces. We dined at La Casita recently and I'm not sure what the hype is about about this place! First, salsa is boring at best. No chunks of anything but cilantro. I had the carnitas and, again, nothing special. Not much flavor. Hubby had the steak and while it was tender, there was no flavor either. The only good thing was our server! I have always went to the Mexican restaurant down the road a little but they're closed so decided to give this place a try and so glad I did. From the salsa and chips to my taco salad, everything has been awesome. The staff is great, my food came out quickly and it's a nice atmosphere. Great Mexican food and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I always seem to get the #41, taco, enchilada, and chili relleno with cheese filling, rice and beans. They use poblano peppers. Our favorite place in the area for Mexican food and margaritas. read more

I think they had just pulled every item from the service line in preparation to close. All food bins were pulled from the temperature controlled bins and sitting out on the prep counter to grow bacteria. Folks went in as I was leaving. Not sure if they were helped. You would think the store was closing in 20 mins, not an hour and 20 mins. If the employees are that upset about customers coming in to patronize the store they should find a new job.

They said it'll be 2 minutes to make another one because they had me pay first well I've been sitting here now for 30 minutes in the parking lot after I get off work and they're telling me oh we're busy now. When they came back out to tell me this so-called dementia riddled lady took my meal they said it would be 3 to 5 minutes. We both were very impressed with the size of the burger and large portion of fry's. That Smash - burger was perfectly cooked and delicious, fresh and the sauce was like a thousand island tasting sauce, Excellent I must say. Haley took great care of us and we enjoyed dining at Chili's again. Our bill was $23 and change, that 3 for me special is a real deal , never take it off the menu! We will return again soon. The inside is extremely clean and the outdoor patio has great waterfront (queue the name) views. Our drinks were cold, and my watermelon margarita was sweet. Another employee asked what was wrong, so I explained the situation. She then said she could give me the bagel after all, but immediately followed it by saying there was "no need for the comment." By that point, the damage had already been done. Instead of acknowledging why I was upset or apologizing for the situation, I was made to feel like I was the problem. Between the poor-quality coffee, the dry and flavorless scone, and the rigid, unfriendly customer service, this was one of the worst coffee shop experiences I've had. There are plenty of places that value both good food and good customer service. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere
