Why in the world does this Chipotle have two and a half stars?! Backstory: I have Celiac disease. Most restaurants fake understanding anything about it and half-ass the food prep because it annoys them, which results in the inevitable gluten sickness. HOWEVER. This location was completely on point with their knowledge of gluten intolerances! They took their time to even wash all of their silverware. The best part what their attitude about it! Wish I would've seen these reviews before I went here. I was looking for a great option for a high protein meal and thought that chipotle would be a great option. Little known to me was that they are really light on the toppings, especially when it comes to protein. When I saw how much steak they put on my bowl, I asked for some Carne Asada and they were light with that as well. According to chipotle you're supposed to get 4 ounces of meat per bowl. There's no way I even got close to that on either scoop. To make matters worse, when I got to the cashier, it was a whopping $19.25.. I was told that they charge an additional $5.60 for double meat. I wish they would've told me that when I was at the front of the line as there was really nothing I could do at that point. Service to boot wasn't very friendly just skimpy. Bowl was 1/2 full, chicken was over cooked and extra salty, rice was sticky with no flavor, onions n peppers was all pepper strips (didn't see any onions), there may have been 5 beans in the entire bowl, no corn or anything else! When me and my sister arrived at this chipotle and started ordering with our first person we were greeted with a smile. we were VERY hesitant coming here because of the reviews, but the food here was amazing and tasted very fresh. it was overall one of the best experiences at chipotle. There was a few inconveniences like the door handle having to be turned the other way and one drink not working.. but I was delighted to see a little sign teaching the directions of how to turn the door handle and a sign saying "sorry! this drink doesn't work". This Chipotle has absolutely dreadful staff. Stopped here at 8pm on A weeknight. They're open until 11pm. When I requested fajita vegetables, I was told they're done making them for the night. Not, "I'm sorry, we ran out today and won't get a new shipment until tomorrow." They're just... not bothering for the last 3 hours they're open. Then we stood at the register for 5 minutes while various staff wandered around but no one bothered to take our money. When finally got checked out, we went to get plastic ware and it was all empty except for the knives. No napkins, either. We walked back to the register to get forks and napkins and instead of making sure they got refilled, a worker just handed us a couple. Walked in and got in line . Line moved liked they all do , slow but I had time to notice all the food on the floor that was wiped off the tables. Does anyone ever sweep in here? There was a chunk of slippery looking rice at the entrance which of course is dangerous. When it was my turn I said it was going to be a veggie bowl to go. Started out after walking in noticing many filthy, unwiped tables, went through line and got least amount of food of any visit ever at any chipolte, (skimpy portions). Then went to condiment line and no napkins, trashcan overflowing, no toilet paper in women's bathroom and no paper towels in dispenser in bathroom. Sad because I like chipolte, but this particular one clearly has problems. I could easily overlook one of these things, but with this many issues, I feel it deserves a review. This chipotle has been so bad lately. Do not recommend unless you want to constantly get the wrong order. Just ordered tonight through the app and they didn't even check the name for who it was supposed to go to and ended up getting the wrong food. Refunds take a week to come back. So do not order through the app for your convenience bc most likely you'll have to end up driving all the way there to pick up a whole new order. It's not our drivers fault bc they changed how you have to pick up the food. read more

So I thought I posted this month ago but I just realized it was still in my drafts list. Anyway, here's the story... My husband and I had dinner at a this location and we couldn't have had a better experience. We had been driving for hours from CT and were on our way to Arkansas when we decided to stop here for some food. First off, the manager was so friendly and thoughtful. He asked how we were and what we were up to. At this point my husband told him we were coming from ct and heading to Arkansas because his dad had passed away. Without a pause he expressed his condolences and gave us our meal for free. We felt so lucky to have come across such a wonderful man. First of all, I LOVE Chipotle. This might as well not be a Chipotle. The skimpiest portions I have ever seen, my bowl wouldn't have even been a third full if I hadn't asked for more of every single ingredient. I didn't get my fajitas. There was no hot salsa. Where do I even begin? Lol When we (my boyfriend and I) walked in there was no line. Great. Awesome. So we walk up to order the guy in front of us is in the middle of being helped and seems to have a large order. No problem. I don't mind waiting at all. So then the girl assembling the food finishes with the guy and comes over to me. (Here we go!) she comes over and just looks at me. I smile at her. She doesn't smile. So then my boyfriend orders, he told her that he wants the green salsa and she very rudely and very loudly says "huh" no "what?" Or "im sorry can you say that again" just a very rude "huh". At this point I'm pissed. Lol then she yells (not says, yells) "who made the sofritas?" And the guy behind her says "I did" (or me idk) and she screams at him "this is too much. Portions are always very skimpy and the service is subpar on a good day. I've never waited under 15 minutes to order. They always s em understaffed. We like Chipotle in general but after stopping here several times while traveling, have found this to be one of the better locations. The food has always been fresh and the portions very generous. The line was to the door when we arrived but we had our order within 10 minutes. We have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous, even when busy. Very friendly service. They were out of lemons, but offered me a lime instead; she delivered it to me, which was a nice gesture. The chips were saltier than usual, the burrito was pretty good, but the shell itself didn't seem heated thoroughly. Overall not a bad meal, but I've had better food at other locations. read more
