So I was hesitant to come back, but my friend recommended it and she's a regular so I tried again. This time, I had Le, who is fantastic. Friendly, efficient, and just really good with her work. The photos attached are dip nails without extensions and she did a phenomenal job painting, cleaning, and polishing my natural nails. I loved them. It was a completely different experience. It's in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. I called about a week ahead to book a gel manicure. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff and checked in on an ipad. I then sat in the waiting area and chose my color. They have tons of colors to choose from. They also had a mini fridge area with refreshments which was super nice. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 15 minutes past my booked time before my manicure started. Besides having to wait, the manicure was great. The manicurist was very detailed but also timely. Lala is a kind and lovely person and I always leave feeling beautiful. I even take my 14year old and get their nails done. She always does such a great job, she listens to her clients and help's come up with some wonderful idea's. I get compliments constantly, as do my daughters all the time. WORST MANICURE EVER. I went here last week because I needed…read morea haircut and manicure. I initially wanted a shellac manicure, but the stylist said she was not able to do those, so I went with the regular manicure. I should have taken that as a sign of bad things to come, because I received the worst manicure ever. She was afraid to cut my nails as short as I wanted and just ignored clipping the edges of my nails. She completely smudged one nail and ignored it until I asked her to re-do it. She only polished the middle of my nails and it smudged before I even left the store because she put so many layers of polish on. Worst is that she ignored my cuticles. What a waste of $30, my nails look like I did them myself which I might as well have. It would have saved time (she took 90 minutes to do my nails?!?!) and would have looked the same if not better. STAY AWAY!! PS-Haircut was fine, I just asked for a trim. And my stylist was very nice, so I feel bad leaving this review, but the manicure is just terrible.
