I get very anxious about hair cuts often because I feel like I have difficulty communicating what I want. Alice is very approachable and she gave me advice on what styles would or wouldnt work with my face and hair type. (A good stylist should be able to say no if they can see a certain cut won't work for your hair type... I really appreciate that!) She helped me figure out what would work and then gave me wonderful cute bangs. I may never go back to long front hair again. I went back a second time to Alice to get a few inches cut off for the summer, and I am incredibly happy. She has a true passion for hair and beauty, and a great person to ask for advice. Called ahead to see if there was availability for a dip manicure, and was told yes, so drove over…read moreand arrived within 5 minutes. I was visiting from out of town for a work meeting. I was seated right away, and my tech got to work while I selected a color from a large binder of dip samples. Music was nice in the salon, pretty relaxing. My tech was working VERY fast, which at first, I was really impressed with. However, as my service progressed, I had to ask twice for re work since the dip application was not extending to the whole nail edges, and was looking lumpy. Towards the end of the service, there was no effort to try to clean the excess build up under my nails, which was THICK! I realized I was being rushed as 'a regular' came in, and was immediately catered to, which I totally understand, but that shouldn't short change my service quality that much. The price was affordable, but I'd rather pay $5-$10 more for a quality result that lasts, and that I don't have to spend 30 minutes cleaning myself. Unfortunately, as a first timer, I wouldn't go back or recommend for drop in services. Perhaps going regularly with an appointment would yield better service and results.

Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!

The space is very small so they are doing everything they can to keep it clean and safe. Booking was a breeze through the online portal and I got multiple texts and emails reminding me of my appointment. The day of I got a text requesting that I respond "here" when I arrived and they would text back to let me know they were ready and I could come in. I really appreciate that as there isn't a ton (really any) waiting space in the salon. Unfortunately the system wasn't working it's greatest and I ended up getting anxious and frustrated waiting. They do have a central number you can text which worked out. Once inside they have cute elevated benches for manicures. My stylist, Sarah, was fabulous. I had a great time chatting with her as she did my manicure. She's very knowledgeable about colors and helped me pick the perfect shade. An hour and a half was spent on shaping my nails alone. My manicurist was throughout my service talking on the phone with multiple different people, laughing and chatting with her fellow coworker that was seated next to her not working, and operating very slowly. At one point she was on the phone with the police and asked me to translate the conversation she had. Very unprofessional. I partially attribute the slow working to the attention to detail on my nails and shaping, but often it felt she was just taking her time. I left the salon with cuts all over my nails and hands, as well as gel polish cured to my fingertips. My hands are still in pain days later. The facility itself is dirty, with the desks for nails being dusty and clearly unclean. My nails turned out okay, my manicurist did not ask for my input in the style of nails. When I suggested that the design I requested be altered several times, she just decided to paint them however she thought looked best. Also, this place charges for different nail shapes? Not something I have heard of or experienced prior.

I was the only customer, actually. The place is spacious, quiet, and I would say average in cleanliness and decor. The man who did my pedicure opened sealed packages of all the tools he used, which was reassuring. The massage chairs are old, but work fine. He didn't speak much during the process, and took his time, which is something I appreciate. The foot massage was fabulous. I've never had someone crack my toe knuckles, it was a bit shocking at first but painless. Less good was the cuticle work. I did come away with a small nick that bled a bit, I noticed later. The polish was done very carefully and looked good, but many minutes after leaving, the big toe got very smeared when bumped. Their drying station does not have the ultraviolet lights, only fans and some kind of red heat lamp. It didn't dry the polish sufficiently to keep it from getting messed up soon after leaving. It wasn't the worst pedicure ever and I would go back, in similar circumstances, now that I know what to expect.

Next time I will make my preferences known. I had a complicated order for the manicure: shellac French mani with turquoise tips (less noticeable as it grows out if you only have color on the tips. I also wanted a thin line of silver glitter between the tip and the rest of the nail. They turned out totally fine, but there could have been a bit better artistic ability on the glitter line and tips. I will return next time I need nail services and would recommend this place to others, especially for pedicures.
