I am writing a somewhat strange review, because due to the Coronavirus, we were actually prevented from going through with our wedding as planned. That being said, from the beginning reaching out, to the potential image design and all customer service interactions Chipper was top notch, responsive and helpful. We ended up having to cancel (because our venue did) and they were extremely kind, understanding and refunded the full amount. Chipper Booth has the BEST photo booths! I have both worked with and attended various events that Chipper Booth has been at and they continuously rock my socks off each and every time. I love that they bring, not just the booths, but also a person to assist and a variety of props for people to use. They do offer an "open air" photo booth that I got to see at Furry Scurry this last year and I love the concept. How else are you going to get a adorbs pic of you and your furry friend? You can't, that's how. The customized event specific frames for the photo strips are always great. It just adds such a nice touch to an already excellent memento. I learned about Chipper Booth yesterday when I went to Rio Grande for a Yelp Elite Dia de los Muertos event where they had a booth upstairs. I la la love photo booths in general but Chipper Booth was especially awesome because they decorated the interior of the booth with a skull to make it Day of the Dead Themed. Also it was SUPER easy to use. There are FEW directions but there are also choices (color, black and white, and 1 other option I cannot remember..). You get 4 shots with 5 seconds between each one (which is fast!). They had tons of fun props to match the Day of the Dead Theme and also some props that weren't related. These included 1. Day of the Dead skull 2. fake cleaver 3. viking hat 4. scary toy doll 5. mustaches on sticks 6. Kanye glasses - I hear they make....headlines (roaring laughter) 7. fairy wand 8. sombrero The machine prints out your picture super quick (10 seconds?) and gives you two copies. I liked how the bottom of my picture had a Day of the Dead Skull and also the word Yelp. read more

Wow! What a great experience! My daughter and I came up with the idea of a photo booth Friday at 3:00 for my son's graduation party that Sunday. We sent out several emails to different companies we found on Yelp, and within the hour Elizabeth and Brandon had us hooked up and we were confirmed and our artwork completed! Chipper Booth blew me away, from start to finish. I used them for my August 2013 wedding and from the moment I contacted Erica to the minute Vince packed up the booth and left, they were honestly nothing short of perfection. To begin with, their pricing is very reasonable, especially compared with other photo booth companies. I primarily worked with Erica, and I kept thinking to myself throughout the entire process that this is what working with people for your wedding is SUPPOSED to be like. She was amazing. Friendly, personable, professional, prompt, patient and just in general super great to work with. On the day of my wedding, the booth was a non-stop hit with my wedding guests, and the photo book we got afterwards with everyone's photos is a blast to look through. I don't know why they say that, but I CAN vouch for how much fun it is at a party! We had the booth at our Chipotle company party this year, and the precious moments that we created were hilarious, heart-warming, and incriminating in Arkansas. WE LOVE CHIPPER BOOTH!!!!! Such great service from day 1, and our wedding guests had a blast in there all night! The prints came out with amazing definition, and the very best part was that the lovely booth attendant presented us a USB that evening that included every INDIVIDUAL photo, not just the strips of 4. So often in the big group photos (at one point 8-10 of my friends tried to cram in), there are just not enough printed copies for everyone to have their favorite. Also, if just a couple of the photos in the strip are good, then people try to take pictures/scan them. It's delightful to have every single photo! We used Chipper Booth at our wedding a few weeks ago. Not only was their upfront customer service extremely helpful and responsive, but their onsite service was stellar. We chose the traditional photo booth, and our guests absolutely loved it. It was the unexpected hit of the wedding without question. A highlight was the attendant, AJ, moving the booth's bench out so that one of our guests who was in a wheelchair could enjoy the photo booth too. While attending a comedy event, I had the chance to take pics and play in the Chipper Booth. The props were super fun, the booth itself stylish, clean and bright (ie. great lighting) and the photos which can be done in black and white or color, came out beautiful. I have a wedding coming up in October. I really want to do a photo booth, but was thinking we could not afford it. I'm a parent and booked Chipper Booth for a class party in June 2014. They were just amazing! Elizabeth was so quick to respond every time I had a question (and I had plenty because I had never booked a booth before.) They really listened to what I wanted and created great artwork options to choose from, even managing to match our school color for the background. I chose a strip with 3 photos instead of 4, because the pictures were a little bigger. When you have a couple of young kids crammed into a booth - the slightly larger photo made it much easier to see their faces. The attendant was incredibly nice and professional, the kids loved the props, and I was blown away by the quality of the photos. Really, they made the entire experience so easy! Their pricing was very reasonable, and I LOVED the fact that the price quote included everything - to the penny. They said there wouldn't be any extra fees or up charges - and there weren't - which I really appreciated.
