When I got a call back and expressed my frustration, the young lady on the phone actually *yelled at me* and *hung up* on me. This is, and I quote, their 'busy season', and they seem too busy to show up or even send a courtesy text to reschedule, they're clearly too busy to handle your business. Incompetent and incredibly rude.
