He will take your business but will not do the work for months and months and he won't even be upfront about it. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing. So everyone eventually needs Steve. When our basement sewer backed up, everyone told us to call him. I was skeptical, because Roto-Rooter franchises in other areas of the US are not the best. Plus, the estimate was high -- ~500 for the first 100 feet of cable, and ~300 for the next 100 feet if needed. But Steve was great. He made time for us right away, figured everything out, fixed it, and the final bill was less than his estimate. I think he is very good, professional, competent, honest. We are lucky to have him.
