Not Hanai. Here were warmly welcomed and they offered immediate service, even staying late to receive us as we traveled over an hour to get there. She was able to meet our need to have Henry privately cremated and returned to us the following day. I also wanted him placed in a box my grandfather had made. The space was so warm and welcoming. And by the door of the farewell chapel (for a lack of a better term) was an "H". That was my sign. I was leaving my Henry in good hands. The next day were were called and able to pick him up early! The whole process took less than 24 hours. My questions, concerns and worries were all addressed. My need to have my baby cocooned in his blanket with his fav toy was not questioned. She was able to wrap Henry's ashes in a section of the blanket. They took lovely paw prints for us. They understood how special Henry was to us and our need to have him returned home to us before the holidays. I can not say enough good words about Hanai and the people who operate it. You can trust your furry four-legged babies in their hands and to ease you stress during difficult times. I highly recommend Hanai Pet Cremation. This is a super painful and tough decision to make, but her kindness and patience with my struggles about when is the right time made it possible to do what was the most compassionate for my cat. She worked to schedule a good time, and when I needed more time at the very end, she was kind and patient until I was ready. She included a paw print and kindly sent a condolence card afterwards. This veterinarian was so accepting and non judgmental at a very vulnerable time, that she was a gift to me and my precious cat. I can't imagine anyone else to do this tough job when folks are so emotional. You can't go wrong with Dr Tracy at Blue Skies, she will treat your vulnerable pet with deep loving care.

This place is exceptionally poorly run…read more I recently moved to the area and attempted to establish care for my high needs senior dog at this clinic. It was a nightmare. At every point of contact the ball was dropped in some way. I was told they carried meds in stock that they did not, I was told timelines for recieving ordered meds that were more than a week off, the vet attempted to perscribe a medication that would have had potentially lethal drug interactions with my dog's other meds (I caught his mistake in time, but I believe he did this because he didn't read her chart,) and I ordered meds through the clinic that they forgot to order. This fiasco caused my formerly stable senior dog to be off her meds for nearly 3 weeks where she was suffering. Since finally getting her back on everything she has once again stabilized but it seems some of the losses to her condition are perminant. This experiance has likely cost me several months off of her health span and at her age every single day with her where she's pain free and active is precious. I'm furious that that I had to micromanage this staff to get her adaquate care, and that when the day comes that I have to let her go that I'll be thinking of how much time this clinic's poor logistics cost us. I think I'm gonna send our old vet office flowers.

I got zero confirmation from the groomer that she is using clean tools and isolating her tools from other dogs. I was debating with the owner, why I should pay a visit fee for the recurring issues. The owner or vet told me he would not reimburse me for the last 2- or 3-year apts and the numerous charges that might be related to their groomer he could not confirm nor wanted to discuss. He continued to say "These charges help the clinic keep their lights on" For the past 3 years, I have paid over 1,000 in medications and visits but there still is no accountability nor a care plan set up to handle these issues. I am seeing another groomer and another vet. Care Plan on my end: 1. Bought hypo treats and food 2. Wash her with medicated shampoo But after every grooming, she gets an ear infection or a belly infection. Its not the dog, its the vet. All issues aside, I would not recommend this place based on the owner's attitude and not admitting to the issue.
