The same day we received the estimate (which was fantastic), they were able to schedule the work. They did a tremendous job trimming branches off of about 10 trees. He listened to our concerns and did exactly what we needed. Not only were the trees trimmed and large branches and dead trunks removed, they raked the entire area and took every piece of debris with them and also helped with a couple of extra issues. By the time they left, aside from the property looking so much better, it looked like a ghost did the work. There wasn't one single branch left in the yard. The quality of the work was unacceptable and they are now refusing to respond to our countless requests to call us. This is after multiple times when they didn't respond to our communication for weeks at a time. I've called, texted, and emailed and they do return the communication. They broke the crank on the window and have not repaired it. The shower leaks a ton of water. There are several large blotches on the drywall as seen in the picture. The light switch is crooked. The corners and creases in the drywall are also very blotchy. They installed the wrong toilet and had to replace it. They mismeasured a barn door and had to replace it and then couldn't deliver on a promise for the door to have "a seal" as exactly stated by them. The light fixture was installed upside down. The glass shower wall wasn't fastened properly and had to be adjusted multiple times because it kept moving. The workers put in countless half days and smoked on our property. Even with all the physical issues that could be addressed, the fact that they do not return phone calls and refuse to finish the job is unprofessional. Save yourself a huge headache and hire someone else.

I reached out to them about pricing my bathroom and almost immediately received a reply, I took this as a good sign and scheduled to have someone out the following week to price my bathroom. The day of the appointment I waited for them to arrive and received a call a few minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin stating that the last appointment had run late and they would be there in 20 minutes, I told them I would see them then. Almost 45 minutes later, with no follow up or apology for being even later, Rich arrived to price my bathroom. He spent approximately 15 minutes with me before leaving and telling me he would have a quote for me in a couple days. On his way out he did apologize for being late, after our brief appointment I wasn't sure how he could have been so late to our appointment. I waited a week before I followed up with TJ who had coordinated the appointment to see where my quote was, I received a voicemail from Rich shortly after that email saying I should have the quote the following day. When checking my email later that day, TJ had responded around the same time my voicemail came through saying I would have my quote that day. I checked and did receive a quote, for the wrong project. I emailed TJ to inform him that I received the wrong project and he responded I would have the correct one the next day as soon as he was back at his computer. I didn't receive anything the following day or morning after that so I reached back out to let him know that based on all of these reasons I would not be moving forward with their company. I have heard nothing since then. I thought maybe he would reach out to apologize for how mismanaged everything had been, but that was not the case. I know I'm not their only potential customer so I wasn't expecting the appointment and pricing to happen all in the same day, I was expecting a little more professionalism. I'm kind of happy this happened in the pricing stage because I wouldn't have wanted to sign a contract and then have issues with punctuality and communication.
