I already had a replacement toilet ready for the downstairs bathroom. The repair guy checked the toilet and the surrounding floor. He patched the floor to make it stable for now as he switched in the toilet I already bought. He used a mask. He kept the trash in a limited area so it was disposed of easily afterwards.
