My husband's co-worker said the guy (Dr. Holloway) is a trust worthy chiropractor, and that he does not keep pushing you to go back over and over, just trying to get more money out of you (or your insurance company), which was important to us, thus we gave him a try. WOW! Dr. Hollaway knows his stuff. He is strong, which a chiropractor should be. Both my husband and I have seen him, and call him on the spur of the moment too. I can leave a message first thing in the morning, after getting into work. Dr. Hollaway will call me within 1 hour or so, and I'll have an appointment later that afternoon. He does not press you to keep going back, and back, and back. He might suggest another appointment (based on your problem), say the next week or so, but that's it. Of course, it's all for your good health too. If more appointments are needed, he'll talk to you about that, but he's not in your face about it. He is centrally located to downtown Denver and the capital. He works with most insurances, or takes cash too. You do need an appointment, and he can work around your (work) schedule too. At our first session, I was immediately impressed with Dr. Isaac's knowledge and thoroughness in providing a comprehensive overview of his services including what chiropractors actually do and focus on (on your entire nervous system and not just your back). Even though after discovering Dr. Isaac was an out of network provider, I stayed. His thoughtful, transparent, and passionate approach convinced me that it was worth paying a bit more for him to guide me through my healing journey and bring me back to better health. My visits were always met with warm energy and an attitude that was focused on how I'm feeling and providing tailored tips or reminders for continuing my own care at home including suggestions for stretching, Wellness Way herbal supplements, and relevant information that I could also consider when working with my other medical and holistic providers. Another fabulous quality of his office is his wonderful assistant, Dené. She was always extremely kind, thoughtful and thorough when handling visits and insurance claims. She was always a light in my day and added to the warm and friendly environment there. In the end, Dr. Mooberry ran tests and found things that even my primary care physician was unaware of. This led us to specific remedies for me to consider and, most times, resolve with my primary care or other providers. I also started making Wellness Way recipes from the no sugar site online at his suggestion (honestly some of the best delicious and easy recipes). With other chiropractors I've sometimes felt like they adjusted everyone the same way and were just trying to get me out the door. At Caring Hands, there have been several times that I've gone to leave and he's said some like, "You sure that hip is feeling better?" and has me get back on the table to make a few more adjustments. Overall, I've been very happy with the care I've gotten. The only complaint is that sometimes the appointment takes longer than I expect it to. Other pluses: he has a super cute dog that's usually in the office, great student rate.
