As he came back 15 min later, he did couple manipulations, left again for another 10 minutes. Then I was put into an Xray room, the doctor left again to take care of another patient. After waiting another 20 min, I had an Xray done. Then I waited in the other room for another 25 min for the doctor to let me know that he will see me in 2 days. For the second appointment I was called 30 min later for a 3 min procedure. I made my 3rd appointment for 10:00 am to be the very first patient and guess what? After waiting in a room for 35 min I went to the front desk to ask how much longer I had to wait. A lady replied that the doctor would be with me shortly. Doctor came by 5 min later to show his face and left. 10 min later he brought back my Xray, left it with me without explaining anything, and went to another patient's room. After 10 min he came back and showed on the skeleton what needed to be fixed with my spine. When I asked him to point my issue on the Xray, he said that he would come back in a moment and left the room again. He comes back 15 min later to move me to another room to do spine adjustments without giving any explanation of the problem and what needs to be treated. When I tried to remind him that he was going to go over my Xray first, he got very irritated and almost yelled at me to stop asking questions. He then left the room without giving any comments. I have never seen this kind of an attitude and unprofessionalism from a doctor! None of my questions were answered that day. I spent 1 hour and 30 min that 3rd appointment and left without any explanation of my Xray and received no treatment that day. Awful service, several patients are seen simultaneously. Guess why, cause it's "all about money" office.

After trying hard to find anyone as close to amazing as he is, I gave up and started making the 45 min drive each month and it's hands down worth it. You know you have a special chiropractor when he feels down your spine and tells you which vertebrae are out and the soreness that you don't tell them about next to that vertebrae confirms it. That time, they treated me with the machines called: " EMS , IST " and finished it when the doctor adjusted my bones. I was so excited to hear the "popping sounds" when doing that and the pain level was decreased in ~60% at the first time. Then I just needed to come to see him for 3 more days until the pain was completely released. Today 10/29 I came here with the the neck pain caused by sleeping with the wrong position in 7 hours. It hurts so badly - even if I have to look to the left/right side , I had to move my whole body to prevent moving my head even just a bit. The lady - her name is Cristina , who helped me with the laser therapy and EMS. She was so nice to come and ask me every 5 mins if I'm ok with the intensity. He has his new machine is called "shocking wave". I first started with EMS machine then laser therapy , shocking wave, adjustment, cupping therapy. The shocking wave was the best for me today. I was thinking about giving a review tomorrow to see if the pain level is decreased a lot or not because Dr.Vu said that " Don't worry, it will be totally fine tomorrow ". However this guy really cuts straight to the heart of the problem and he really works hard to get you to perfect spinal alignment! He works on upper cervical so I guess if you have lower back pain he wouldn't be able to help you as much but if you're prone to migraines or stiff shoulders, he can cure you! He can also reset most of your body, like if you have tmj and your jaw is crooked, he works on that! If your hips are crooked he fixes that! If your arm popped out, just tell him! He'll fix that! His scans the back of your neck to look for discrepancies and then he makes you lay down on a firm bed to relax your spine and get it to be the shape it normally rests on! Then he scans your neck again, and proceeds to crack your spine into place! It's really refreshing! And if that part of the bone will hurt, he will let you know! He has a great character!
