I was in so much pain from a work-related injury that I couldn't move my head or even sit up on my own. I had to prop my entire torso and head up on our couch just so I could stop some of the pain. (It hurt so much I was afraid to move because I thought I could become paralyzed. I'd had some neck and back issues before, but NOTHING like this.) Thank goodness I heard of Dr. Benjamin right when I needed a chiropractor. They were able to get me in the next day. At my first visit with Dr. Benjamin, I couldn't even hold the clipboard to fill out the standard paperwork, but he took me in and helped me anyway. I felt a reduction in pain during the first visit, and I was able to move my head a little afterward. He took such good care of me for the first few visits before I was able to go and get X-rays taken, and I feel that speaks volumes about his abilities as a chiropractor. He was able to go in "blind" and figure out what I needed for my muscles and my spine, and I most definitely felt and saw improvement at every visit - and I still do. I have even sent my husband and son to Dr. Benjamin, and we will continue to see him regularly. I am not out of the woods yet since my entire spine was out of alignment (my neck was so bad I had a reverse curve at the base of it), but I would never go to another chiropractor or let my family go to anyone else. I was sent a super user friendly new patient info packet that I was able to complete via my cell phone and get back to them quickly. The staff immediately acknowledged my completion of the packet and thanked me with a friendly note regarding seeing me soon as a New Patient. My concerns were lower back and neck pain, I came in with MRIs which both Chiros took the time to review before any actual adjustments took place. I was asked to return and when I did the beyond welcoming staff educated me on my plan which I then met with one of the Chiros to complete the plan of action to get me back in working order as working from home during the pandemic caused stiffness along with my neck and back pain. Regarding payment, insurance is accepted but mine was out of network so I chose one of the offered packages. They accept Care credit so that was also a plus for me. I've been seeing these Amazing Chiros for a couple months now three times a week and am beyond pleased with my progress. I have even started to attempt gym time since I am able to move with less pain and more ease. The surgeon I consulted recommended PRP as an option as my condition didn't warrant surgery. I came to this center and within the first week after treatment there was a "vitality" in my shoulder that I can't really describe fully. It was like there was "life force" in my whole arm again. The pain has gotten vastly better. I know there's more time needed to get fullest benefit (it was just a month ago) but I've been able to sleep through the night without pain that wakes me up. I really dont like the open non-private adjustments for all to see. The adjustment was ok. I felt rushed.
