Travis has put together the perfect team. Alison keeps track of your insurance and makes it care free. Aids Gentry and Eric steer you through activities Travis had previously explained and demonstrated to you. Travis teaches you each step in your recovery and lets you know if you are progressing well or if you need work in certain areas. Going so far as to insult us and tell us not to come back. all the time while not even apologizing for being 3 hours late for our appointment.

She refused to return calls from me, my home, healthcare staff, and my home healthcare agency director. Went back in for follow ups. Now he wants to do a full knee replacement. Needless to say I'm very concerned about going back to this individual communication seem. Questioning people how would you like it if he did this to your knee? Took my grandma to get her shoulder looked at, waited 90 minutes waiting in a room to get x rays…read moredone. Asked 2 different nurses when she would be getting x ray done they said the same "should be soon" as we waited 40 minutes more. Will be switching my grandma to a different orthopaedic. Absolutely ridiculous.
