I booked this appointment over the phone and paid at that time as well. Not even halfway into the hour-long massage, my girlfriend left. The cancelation policy requires minimum 12 day delay after the customer has verbally requested termination of contract. This means that the business can charge your card for monthly membership 12 or more days after you requested the termination. You are required to agree to these terms in writing before they will permit you to terminate your contract. This is simply an unethical money grab. KEEP YOUR MONEY LOCAL!
